    Cultural exchange and learning opportunities

We look forward to welcoming you to our home. By hosting people from different cultures, we hope to exchange perspectives and share our way of life here in the Faroe Islands.

During your stay, we can offer you the opportunity to learn some of the Faroese language and connect with our local community, including my daughter, my three-year-old granddaughter, and our neighbors. You will also get to spend time with our dog, horse, sheep, and geese. Additionally, we would be happy to share some traditional Faroese food with you if you would like to try it.

    Help

I am looking for help with several projects and would like to provide more detail about what the stay will involve.

The primary tasks include gardening, painting the house, and assisting with repairs to the animal fencing. I am interested in doing these tasks together, as it provides a great opportunity to share skills and collaborate along the way.

I hope this information helps you decide if this would be a good fit for you.
