  We are British nationals, husband and wife team running a holiday property management company in the stunning country that is Montenegro. We have been living and working here for the last 10 years and deal with all aspects of property management. Steeped in ancient history, this small country finds itself against some of the most breathtaking scenery. Perfect for those wanting to explore its diverse landscape.
  Tourism is now poplular and we now need help with the day to day running of things mainly pool cleaning and general maintenace work, all of which are listed below. We would be happy to accept couples too.
  Additionally, out of season we modernise properties and renovate swimming pools. Our payment rates are as follows:
  Non-skilled workers will be paid the minimum wage to Montenegro rates.
  Skilled workers will be paid accordingly to their abilites (will be discussed at interview stage.
  Accommodation will be provided.
  We are honest, caring people who have a very good reputation for service and will therefore only accept genuine workers. Our honest approach to every day life is something we would encourage to everyone who chooses to work with us. We look forward to meeting you!

  Montenegro's culture goes back centuries. Old age vineyards and olive groves are evident of its past and present culture. Its mountainous backdrop offers amazing hiking experiences too. This friendly nation will embrace its visitors and are always eager to encourage those who wish to learn their language.
  Our Workaways will benefit greatly with the deep culture Montenegro has to offer. Locals still retain the old values and take pride in their tradtitions and welcome visitors who are interested in learning their cultures.
  Additionally, we would teach you the essential skills of pool maintenance.

  Host offers payment in line with the minimum wage

  This host offers accommodation and payment.

  Host has indicated that they will pay at least the minimum hourly wage of their country for each hour worked and that accommodation will also be provided. Any arrangements should be agreed in advance with your host.

  Help

  SUMMER SEASON
  We have just a handful of properties that will essentially need pool cleaning (prior and after guests arrivals). Full training would be given to the successful candidate. General practical skills would be an asset as there will be times we will need help in other forms of physical work (minor repairs, gardening, cleaning). We would be working as a team.
  
  OUT OF SEASON
  Our general building and maintenace works take place here. General building skills for modernatisation for villas are required.
  
  Whilst initially we are only looking for a male worker, if he is part of a couple then we would consider this too as we would need help with changeover cleans.
  Please note that temperatures in Montenegro can be very high in the summer so please consider this when applying as most work will be outdoors. Likewise, we would antisipate that you be relatively fit as the job is physical.
  
  Local wages will apply and private accommodation will be given in the beautiful lustica Peninsula.

  Typically, no two days are the same. Check in and check out times on villas could be any day of the week, so we cannot guarantee weekends will be totally free. On these occasions, weekdays will be offered as days off. We would encourage 2 days off per week.
