  • Description

    Description

We are Anke (*1974), and Olaf (*1969) and we live with two kids (*2004, *2011) in a suburb of Berlin (Neu Zittau).
This year we want to develop an unused property (house and big garden) in order to move there.
Our goal is to create a place, where we live as familiy and host regularly people from different places.

We have many ideas and plans:
    - We want to build a tiny house / construction wagon
    - build a sauna trailer
    - develop the garden with raised beds and shared spaces
    - chopping and stacking wood
    - build a greenhouse yourt

March to June we are only parttime at the property: Olaf for building 3 days per week; Anke mostly on weekends. So are staying mostly on your own - whit some advise how you can help us.
You can stay in the little garden house or use a room of the main house for yourself.

The village is small near the town Erkner (5 kilometers to the station Erkner: 20 minutes by bike or 10 minutes by bus.) From Erkner you reach the city center of Berlin in 15 minutes (Ostkreuz) or 25 minutes (Alexanderplatz).
There are two bikes at the property that you can use.

Until June we are not living permanently in the village, so you will be responsible for most of your meals yourself. We will provide you with food and ingredients for cooking. If we are on the site, we will cook and eat together.

We are developing the proberty and therefor tasks will vary over the next months.

    This are some examples:
    - We want to build a tiny house / construction wagon
    - build a sauna trailer
    - develop the garden with raised beds and shared spaces
    - chopping and stacking wood
    - build a greenhouse yourt

Olaf is an experienced craftsmen and will guide the work. If you have some experience in the above - the better!

If you can offer some works of art - to bring art to the proberty - that is very welcomed by us, too.
