Monsoon Feeding Volunteers (CFA)
Starting second week of May till Second week of October
Feed and care for community dogs across beaches, villages, and interior areas during monsoon. Looking for volunteers comfortable with community animals and pets, love and compassion for animals, monsoon conditions physically; deeply compassionate, resilient, and genuinely an animal lover.
Expectations: 1 month minimum
WHO WE ARE

1. Beach Properties– Palolem, South Goa
Our hospitality property is located at Palolem Beach, in the Canacona region of South Goa.
We manage beach huts and holiday flats, all within walking distance of the beach. During the tourist season from September to early June We host guests from around the world and focus heavily on guest experience and smooth property operations.
Volunteers joining us during the season typically assist with:
2. CFA – Cares for Animals (South Goa)
Our community animals support initiative is CFA – Cares for Animals, a community-driven feeding program based in Canacona, South Goa.
During the harsh monsoon months from end of May until early October most tourism establishments shut down. Many stray dogs and animals are left without consistent food sources.
Four years ago, we started CFA to address this gap.
The core mission:
Feeding community dogs (primarily)
Supporting vulnerable animals in beaches, villages, and interior streets
Ensuring continuity of care during the off-season
Volunteers working with CFA primarily assist with:
Feeding rounds
Beach and village feeding routes
Basic care and monitoring of animals
This program runs mainly during the monsoon period and requires compassion, consistency, and physical activity.

Monsoon is best for nature lovers, there are beautiful beaches around. To make it even more mesmerizing greenery all around during monsoon and many water falls are around at their best during this time and hiking trails. There are also cafes, bars, other monsoon activities do in Goa during this time.
