  Description

  We are a family made up of a mother, two small children, a cat and a dog. We live in Valencia, in the Benimaclet neighborhood, in a spacious apartment with a terrace. I speak Valencian (Catalan), Spanish, Italian and I understand little (very little) English. We need help with childcare and some home maintenance. We prefer that coexistence be with workawayers women.
  
  Somos una familia formada por una madre, dos niños pequeños, una gata y una perra. Vivimos en Valencia, en el barrio de Benimaclet, en un piso amplio con terraza. Hablo valenciano (catalan), castellano, italiano y entiendo poco (muy poco) el inglés. Necesitamos ayuda con el cuidado de los niños y algo de mantenimiento del hogar.
  Preferimos que la convivencia sea con mujeres workawayers.

  Help

  I need help of about 20 hours a week accompanying children and doing household tasks. Previous childcare experience and contactable references are required. For the adaptation of children, we ask for a minimum stay of two months and an adaptation period of two weeks to make sure it is the right person.
  
  Necesito ayuda de unas 20 horas semanales acompañando a niños y realizando tareas domésticas.
  Se precisa experiencia previa en el cuidado de niños y referencias contactables.
  Por la adaptación de los niños, pedimos una estancia mínima de dos meses y un período de adaptación de dos semanas para asegurarnos de que es la persona adecuada.

  Accommodation

  We live on the first floor with an elevator. It has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a large dining room and kitchen, and a large terrace. The person we want to accommodate would have their own room. The room has a 190cm x 90cm bed. It is a small room but it has a large closet, shelves, a table and a bed. We think it will be very comfortable! It is very bright, it has a window that overlooks the terrace. There are no noises because it overlooks the interior area. The house has two bathrooms, we usually use more than one of them. The other one is next to our guest's room and, although it is not for her exclusive use because it is in a common area, it is practically only used by the person we are hosting. There is full wifi. Food expenses will always be borne by the hostess. You can use the kitchen whenever you want. If Estel is at home, she cooks for everyone. The workawayer person has to be someone autonomous in the kitchen, in case Estel is working or away from home or if he wants to share his kitchen.
  
  Vivimos en un primer piso con ascensor. Tiene tres habitaciones, dos baños, un comedor y una cocina grandes y una amplia terraza.
  La persona a la que queremos alojar dispondría de una habitación propia. La habitación tiene una cama de 190cm x 90cm. Es una habitación pequeña pero tiene armario amplio, estanterías, una mesa y la cama. ¡Pensamos que va a estar muy cómoda! Es muy luminosa, tiene una ventana que da a la terraza. No hay ruidos porque da a la zona interior.
  La casa tiene dos baños, nosotros solemos usar mas uno de ellos. El otro esta al lado de la habitación de nuestra huesped y, aunque no es de uso exclusivo para ella porque esta en una zona común, prácticamente lo usa solo la persona que acogemos.
  Hay wifi a tope.
  
  Los gastos de comida siempre van a correr a cuenta de la anfitriona. Puede usar la cocina siempre que quiera. Si Estel esta en casa, cocina para todas las personas. La persona workawayer tiene que ser alguien autónoma en la cocina, por si Estel esta trabajando o fuera de casa o por si le apetece compartir su cocina.

  What else ...

  They have all the cultural offer of the city nearby: museums, theaters, cinemas, concerts, leisure areas. Cabanyal beach is 15 min. by tram and the historic center 5 min by metro. One minute from home there is a metro and tram stop, several bus stops, taxi rank. There are several language academies nearby and the universities within a 10-minute walk. Our neighborhood, Benimaclet, is one of the most welcoming in the city.
  
  Tienen toda la oferta cultural de la ciudad cerca: museos, teatros, cines, conciertos, zonas de ocio. La playa del Cabanyal esta a 15 min. en tranvia y el centro histórico a 5 min en metro.
  A un minuto de casa hay una parada de metro y tranvia, varias paradas de bus, parada de taxis.
  Hay varias academias de idiomas cerca y las universidades a 10 min andando.
  Nuestro barrio, Benimaclet, es uno de los mas acogedores de la ciudad.
