  • Description

We are a wood workshop that is part of a Craft Centre in Snowdonia National Park, Wales. We make furniture, gifts, and artwork out of reclaimed and recycled materials. We use "waste products" that can be turned into beautiful pieces of art. Our workshop is connected to a shop where we sell our pieces. We also run workshops teaching people how to make their own creations out of recycled wood. No forests are harmed in the making of our products, and we are proud of the unique forms and shapes that recycled wood can create.

We are located at the base of beautiful mountains in Snowdonia National Park. There are several beautiful waterfalls located nearby, the stunning mountains Cadair Idris and Tarren y Gesail and there are lots of scenic walks and mountain bike trails in the vicinity.
If you like nature and tranquillity, there are mountains, lakes, rivers and sandy beaches to explore on your down time. We are happy to share this beautiful place with you and to exchange knowledge, experiences, and ideas.

  • Help

We will need your help with domestic tasks like cooking and cleaning and there will also be opportunities for you to learn about how we create our furniture and gift items. We also have an abandoned chapel we are turning into a domestic residence that needs lots of work and a private woodland that needs managing, maintaining, fencing and playing in. There are always plenty of jobs to do. We want to inspire people to get creative and make beautiful things using the resources which are all around us in our daily lives.
