    Description

I am a nature loving woman, 56 of age, living at a wonderfull peaceful place in south-east of Norway. I live here with my cat Pelle. I work full time with forestry and hunting matters for a municypality, and at my spare time I love to be outdoors. The house with small grassfields around has nature all around, and when you stay here you have a whole forest to explore. Everything is green in summer, and with natural flowers en the fields. No traffick or light pollution , an on your spare time you can enjoy peace and quiet. The nearest towns are 17 kms from the house, with train to Oslo and Sweden. A car can be provided. There are 6 families living in the nearest neighbourhood.

Staying in my place will give a unique chance to see what living off the urban stress is like. No trafick, no street lights, no human created noice. Just the sound of birds, wind and the trees, a roe dear barking or an owl howling. Nature is all around, free to use. Stying here is like balm to the soul. Travellers can learn to wind down, to see how nature is giving peace and rest. Wild life can be experienced from just ourside the door.

The house needs a proper cleaning inside like ceilings, walls, windows. Some painting will be done, for instance window frames and wood panels. Outdoors there is some small maintenance projects like clearing out an old house, cut grass and tidy up. Painting/taring ourside if weather allows. I own a small farm nearby, so if time allows also do some similar tasks at that place. You need to be handy to some degree, but no special skills aquiered. You must be free from cat- and variouss grass allergies and dear to use a ladder.
