    Description

    I’m an elder/ grandmother living on my own in Cooran qld a very small village in the Noosa Hinterlands. We are a a community who enjoys music and crafts , there is always something happening in our hall and community garden. I have travelled around Australia in my campervan and backpacked many countries around the world. I lived in timor Leste for over three years as a volunteer, teaching English and sustainable agriculture. I Have extensive involvement with First Nations People and have lived in isolated communities for short stays

    I am an elder living in a small Village with a vibrant community where we have many social gatherings with lots of music and art. There is a general store a few cafes a restaurant and brewery a community garden and lots more. There is a train to Brisbane twice a day and a bus to Noosa.
    I live in the village on an acre of native bush and an orchard, a small veggie garden.
    I have travelled extensively in Australia in my small campervan and backpacking around Europe, India andTurkiye.
    I volunteered in Timor Leste for over 3 years, teaching English in Dili prison and Balibo high school, as well as travel to all outlying towns and villagers. I still visit my “adopted “ family regularly. I enjoy learning about other cultures, their lifestyle and traditional ceremonies, food and dress
    I am a peace and environment campaigner/activist and am involved in many programs , especially our First Nations People
