    Description

We're a Dutch family living in Spain, surrounded by our dogs, chickens, and sunshine. We own a charming old hotel in the picturesque hamlet of Las Mellizas (Álora), just a stone’s throw from the famous Caminito del Rey and El Chorro.

Our property is nestled in the enchanting Andalusian countryside, where rugged mountains meet lush orchards full of citrus and olive trees.

This place is our dream — and every corner reflects the love we have for this magical region. We’d love for you to come share in it.

Far from the hustle and bustle of city life, you'll find peace and inspiration here. Picture this: golden hour light bathing the mountains in pink and amber, the scent of oranges in the air, and the gentle rhythm of life on the campo.

We currently have space available for volunteers who are excited to stay a minimum of two weeks and help us bring new life to our old hotel. There's plenty to do — from painting, sanding, and DIY jobs to working in the garden. If you have a creative eye or green fingers, even better!

There’s also plenty of time to explore: hike or climb in the world-famous El Chorro, visit Málaga and its vibrant cultural scene, or relax on the beaches of the Costa del Sol — all within easy reach.

In exchange, we offer a private bedroom with your own bathroom, good food, and a place to truly connect with nature (and with us).

Curious? Excited? Send us a message — we’d love to hear from you and welcome you into our little Andalusian adventure.
