Description
Looking for help starting our new project in la union.
We live in Oriente (one hour outside Medellin), Antioquia, Colombia. We have a running fermented foods business with a passion for plants, animals and cooking. Looking for help taking care of 2 dogs and exchanging our experiences for people interested in getting to know the rural areas of Medellin.
We are looking for talented people who are self motivated with some experience in the cultivation of organic vegetables, it is a very exciting and cool project and await the right candidates.

Get to know towns such as Carmen de Viboral, La Ceja and Rionegro. We are only 45 minutes from the airport, and an hour from Medellin. You can get to know local markets and work with the surrounding gardeners and organic purveyors. Our house is nestled in the hills, so great for someone who likes walking, running, or biking on beautiful back roads with a variety of paths .
We are always happy to share our vast knowledge of nutrition, cooking methods and stories of many travels past and future.
We have a great record and book library-if you are someone looking to take a break from travelling and love countryside, this is perfect for you.

Its all up to you. We have extra motorbikes (150cc honda enduros) to use to explore the wonderful splendor in which we have happily settled. We live in a nice house and preferably would find another couple to share our time here as we travel for work reasons. Need to be self sufficient, self motivated and happy with alone time. We are social introverts (we like a balance of space and quiet for portions of our days, but are always happy to stop for great conversation and games).
We have been in Colombia for 10 years and have many connections throughout Colombia, so if you are looking to connect with other people, we can help you find what you are looking for. We have also travelled extensively in Colombia and give you travel tips/advice.
