    You’ll learn sustainable independent living, “guerilla” gardening or jungle gardening, food forest management, fermentations, dehydrating foods, how to survive a “zombie apocalypse” (I’m joking. My son’s sense of humor rubs off on me 😂), regenerative food systems, some cooking/baking.

    I have 19 years experience in Permaculture and small-scale regenerative agriculture.

    I live in a “normal” stone house, and pay for electricity, propane, and gasoline/diesel. But all the gardening is Permaculture and regenerative agriculture, I’m a serious foodie, and a health/wellness person, having been trained as a personal fitness instructor and a professional massage therapist.

    I’m focusing on food, sovereignty and fermentations, gut-brain axis, and long-term health based on natural foods and lifestyle changes, longevity, stress-management, control/reduce inflammation. I’ve been gardening and involved with food production, psychosomatic health, “food as medicine”, and survival principles since I was a little girl and continue to this day.

    I studied microbiology and bio engineering, marine biology and English literature.

    I am looking for mature and hardworking individuals, kind and thoughtful, who can be self-motivated and anticipate how to be helpful. I need you to be fit and capable.

    The help I need is gardening, some house cleaning . Easy and I’ll instruct and guide you along the way.

    Garden Experience is a plus. Tidy organized personality types is a plus. Conscientious is a plus.

    When you’re part of my Home/family, I will need some help preparing meals or setting table 🍽️ and washing dishes (normal stuff you do already for your parents!).

    I need help in the home gardens so we will do some heavy lifting (20 kgs), weeding, raking, yard tasks, pruning, grass cutting, turning compost.

    I ask you for four days of help, three days off, the do tasks days are 4-5 hours each. It can be flexible depending on weather and social needs. We can discuss the specifics on WhatsApp.

    I have a complete house to share amenities, hot water, toilet, washing machine. We dry clothes outside.

    Sometimes I cook a 🍰dessert and make a special occasion. Sometimes we go to friend's homes and do 🔥🍔🍗🌭cookouts. Everyone shares what they bring.

    I respectfully ask please NO drugs, smoking or alcohol at my house. I have children.

    I need you to wake up early in the morning with me and stay on my schedule.

    On your time off you have so many choices of trails. Swimmers and Nature lovers would be happiest here, with all the hiking and trails available. Some small local festivals, holy spiritual soups, small gatherings. If you need raves, this isn’t for you.

    You can walk to a nearby cafe and use free wi-fi 24 hours a day. 20 minute walk. I have limited wi-fi at home. Alternatively, you can buy a local Sim card and for €10, you can use your phone as a hotspot for your laptop. I prefer you do your digital nomad work on your off time.
