Description
My name is Nutsa. I am lucky to have been born in Georgia. Georgia is a country that keeps you excited all the time. Despite the size of the country, there are always things to explore. I love my life story. Storytelling is an excellent part of our culture, but for us, it takes time, and it is essential to have face-to-face communication. One part of my story is about moving from the marketing field, where I spent 14 years, to hospitality. It all started with Georgian wines; I worked for the biggest Georgian winery for five years, and that was when I became a wine lover. Georgia is the cradle of wine. We have eight thousand years of non-stop wine-making story. Wine led me to gastronomy and gastronomy to hospitality. Seven years ago, my friend and I built a cafe in the highest place in Georgia. In my favorite ski resort- Gudauri. It was impossible and scary even to think about, but we did it. And now, I feel thrilled whenever I look from my private clouds and watch the guests impressed faces. Then was a long educational journey from Les Roches Marbella to the Mandarin Oriental Hotel, passing WSET certificates and many wine tastings. My every journey starts with breakfast. It is my favorite time of day and favorite meal. A good breakfast can be a fantastic start to the day.
On the contrary, a day can be ruined if it starts with a lousy or without breakfast. So, I had on my mind for an extended period to create a place where people could start a fantastic day. And I'm looking for the day builders who will help me to make the place worth waking up. I'm opening the breakfast cafe in Tbilisi, in the capital of Georgia, in one of the best districts near the park. It will open daily from 7:30 am to 3:30 pm. The cafe has a small garden, and I'm in the renovation process. I'm looking for helpers to support local staff in different directions. Workawayers will not be responsible for preparing or serving either food or drinks directly to paying customers. Our central staff: two local cooks in the kitchen, three servers, two baristas, one supervisor, and one manager.
We plan to open a cafe by the end of April. We want to exchange knowledge with people from around the world. Only this type of exchange makes understanding the needs and desires easier and creates a hospitality world based on unforgettable experiences. We would love to host your culture and share ours with you.Types of help and learning opportunities

The cafe is located in the coolest district of the city. And I am the best host in Tbilisi to experience the city's vibes. Georgia is the cradle of wine. We have fantastic wines here. I worked for the biggest winery in Georgia for five years and had special educational programs for winemaking. Also, gastronomy is my passion, and I can recommend places for every type of food. I know how and where to have fun. I love nightlife and can share all the information with you. If you want to help for several days in my highest cafe, I can arrange this too, with breathtaking views and tips on skiing. I was filming different places in Georgia while working for the advertising company, and I love traveling across Georgia, so I know how you should spend your offs. So, if you want to explore the best part of Georgia, I'm the right person.

We would love to learn from your experience and share ours with you. We are looking for workawayers who will only support the local staff. If you know the secrets/tips for making unforgettable coffee or other morning drinks, or if you want to share recipes for your traditional breakfast or brunch, we would love to share our knowledge with you. Hospitality is a part of our culture, and we would love to share our skills and take your knowledge.
We need support in housekeeping (who assists local staff in keeping a territory clean), and we would love to share our standards with you and learn from you. Even though Georgia has a unique wild nature, our gardening knowledge could be better, so we are looking for a gardener to take care of our small garden. So, we would love to have you learn from your gardening experience.Languages
