Description
I have recently relocated to a coastal location in Laurieton NSW. Laurieton is positioned between Taree and Port Macquarie and the residence is only 500 meters to the estuary and local marina. I am presently renovating a home that was built in 1930. So need help with carpet removals, building, painting, gardening. But there will also be plenty of time to explore the local area and I'm more then happy to take you.
I have a very spoilt cat that needs minding at times while I am away.
I provide accommodation and meals for single adventures, couples and small groups, while on the property, outings and meals out are to your own expense to cover. However I always take my new visitors out to the local pub for an Australian beer.
I am a charcoal artist, always trying to improve my skills and help on the property is great and so is company here in an amazing coastal location, the beach is around 4 kilometers. Town about 500 meters. Port Macquarie is a easy 20 minute drive and I am very happy to show you around this beautiful location.
Laurieton offers so much for visitors to explore, fishing, beach, hiking, local pool, town, North Brother mountain which is behind my property so great for an early morning hike.
There is an abundance of local native flora and fauna and koala's and kangaroos live in the area around my property, so night walks in the forest is a must to adventure.
If you enjoy learning things related to art, renovation, house keeping, cooking, learning English, water activities, this is a place to put on your list.
Sorry no smokers.

Looking after one very spoilt dog, Inka an Italian Greyhound, she is the alarm here, so always barks when there is someone new on the property but she will get use to you. If you are keen to improve you English happy to help as that is all I know. Lots of house renovations happening here on a constant basis, there are chickens also to attend to every morning, eggs to collect, house keeping, cooking and experiencing an Australian country lifestyle in a small coastal country town. If your interested in art I am more then happy to work through a piece with you. There is always something to do here on the property as it is a large block with lots happening. When looking for things to do in your down time, there is plenty in the area, the property backs onto North Brother and it is a great endurance climb, I try to do it at least once a week always pending the weather here. Town is only 500 meters, so an easy walk, the estuary is also approximately 400 meters from the property where you can go fishing, there are fishing rods and tackle available, however the estuary is not suitable for swimming as there are bull sharks, however the beach is only 4 kilometers and I am happy to take you there. There are two bikes always available to use here on the property an easy ride into town or do the beach to beach ride is an excellent way to see the area.

Help
There are times that I require someone to just property manage while I am away for a couple of weeks at a time. I offer work for accommodation and meals, you have your own private room and share a bathroom. Looking forward to meeting you.
