Hi I’m Mario, and my lovely dog is Gloria.
I recently switched jobs and am now working for a Catering company which has me on call 7days a week. I have no set work schedule but on my free time I like to go to the theaters, play soccer, or play poker with friends.
I adopted Gloria a about 1.5yrs ago now, she is a mixed breed dog about a 2 years old now. She has a great personality and tries to play with any dog we encounter on our walks, even tries to play with the neighborhood outdoor cats but they always run away. My 1 bedroom apartment includes in unit Washer, dryer, dishwasher, bathtub and small balcony from the bedroom which you can use to smoke from if you like. The building has a small gymnasium, next to a small lounge where I sometimes host a poker game. Exiting the lounge there is a 3rd floor open roof patio with a gas grill for anyone to use. The rooftop has a great NYC view and also has a gas grill ready to be used!
A shake shack and Chipotle restaurant just opened 10’ away from the building. The subway station is also 10’ away from the building entrance and can take you to the city in 25mins! I treat all my workaway guest to a movie every Tuesday.

I’m looking for someone that can help walk my dog 2-3 times a day when I leave really early for work and or work really late, as well as help in keeping the apartment clean.

I have 2 living room sofa beds available.
I go grocery shopping once a week but there is a supermarket across the street.
Workawayers can also cook and use anything in the kitchen I already have available however they like.
What else ...
Locally there are plenty of shops and restaurants to browse within walking distance. I would suggest taking a 25-45 minute subway ride into the different areas of nyc that they would like to explore.

She was super helpful, and exactly what I was looking for in a workawayer to help me around the house and she would still go above and beyond asking if there was anything else she could help me with. My dog Gloria will miss her walks and friendly smile. Would have booked Jen for a year if it was possible!
