  Description

  We are a family with two children, one born in 2022 and the other in 2013.
  We need help taking care of the little one especially, the older one is already very independent. He needs especially help with learning english,that would be great but it’s not necessary!
  My name is Meritxell, from my partner Alvaro, both born in '78.
  
  We are a family that highly values ​​respectful and attached parenting, free and alternative education, healthy eating, alternative and natural medicine, the environment, culture... we listen to each other, we enjoy and we take care of each other.
  
  Our oldest son goes to an high school, and my youngest son goes to a forest school.
  
  Our two children are very different in age, so it is a challenge to be able to meet their needs or desires, which are very different.
  
  Alvaro works outside the home, working hours Monday to Friday, and Meritxell, is in Mexico apprenticing with midwifes
  Until march, so for this I need support from a workawayer, help especially with the little one, taking him to school amd then pick him up and stay with him until Alvaro comes back from work
  
  We live in a beautiful and spacious house in the center of Sant Celoni, in Barcelona province, it has a large outdoor patio.
  On the ground floor, a large kitchen with fireplace, living room with dining room, a playl room, and a bathroom with shower. If it comes a workawayer family, we have a place big enough that we can adapt so you’re confortable.
  
  On the upper floor our rooms, one with a bathroom and a space for washing clothes.
  
  We live in a town in the Montseny area, in a nice house in the center. It is close to the Montseny Natural Park, but you will need a car to get around if you want to visit these places on your own.
  
  Town is Sant Celoni. We live in a pedestrian area near small shops, City Hall area... you can take the train to go also to Barcelona city that is 45 minutes.
  
  We like to do family activities, if they do children's activities nearby…
  My oldest son enjoys amusement parks, we sometimes go to Tibidabo which is an hour from home.
  Sometimes we go to the river if the weather is good, since it is close by. Or to the beach, about half an hour away. But you can also take the opportunity to rest at home, or go to a park or town for a walk.
  My oldest son enjoys going to the
  Cinema but it doesn't go much because we don't want to take the little one.
  We also really like board games, and also meeting other families with children.
  
  We eat everything, we try to be as healthy as possible, although my oldest son asks us for some exceptions to buy some sweets.
  
  Everything related to screens at home is limited. We don't have television. Only projector that we use on the weekend to watch movies as a family (except the little one that DOES NOT see screens, or cell phones, or anything). The big one has controlled screen time (video games, series, movies), - some days and certain hours.
  We do not want the workawayer to use screens to entertain children, it is important.
  We try to use the mobile not much In front of the children.
  
  We ask for a minimum of 3 months until from
  Beggining of january until the end or march.

  MINIMUM STAY OF 3 MONTHS
  We need someone to take care of our little son above all since our oldest son goes to school and Alvaro works outside the home.
  I would need the workawayer to take him to the school, and drive him back (so it is absolutely necessary driving license).
  Order is important to us, although we live with children and sometimes it is difficult to maintain it.
  More or less, I think it's between five hours a day during the week, mainly at home, amd taking him from the school and back. You would have the weekend free.
  
  We offer you meals and accommodation,, depending on how many you are (if you are a family). We provide also a car, that you can use it also ij your free time (available from january to march)
  
  We really would like someone that has already experience with taking care of kids, perhaps already parents, and ideally knowledgeable of a conscious education, non-directive alternative schools (school should be made to fit the child, rather than the other way around)... It woud be good if you know about unschooling, home-schooling,Forest school, know authors like Rebecca Wild, Montessori, André Stern....

  Learning english would be great forn our older kid. But it's important that you can minimally talk in spanich, so our kids feel comfortable as we've seen it's more difficult to make a bond between the qworkawayer and the kid.

  We offer you a loft, at our house, it’s like an appartment inside our house
  , we offer the meals during the week (Monday-friday) if you’re by yourself
  if it’s a family (or a couple) we offer you the dinner from monday to friday ! If you want to eat with us, or cook something else if you don't like :-)

  Nearby there is Barcelona city (1 hour train), Girona city (45 minutes train), natural park of Montseny ans also el Montnegre (should go by car)..
