    Description

Welcome to our profile! We are Martin and Maresa, and we live with our 17-year-old son on a beautiful finca on the outskirts of Jumilla.

Our property consists of 2.5 hectares of land with ecological almond trees. We are not selling produce to the public. The scale of the almond orchard is just too small. We share it among friends and family for example for frying, grinding into almond flour or almond paste
We also share our home with two friendly dogs and a cat.
We are looking for volunteer(s) who would enjoy helping us with land maintenance, general tasks to do some of tasks around the house, and—very importantly—giving Spanish lessons to our son.

If you would like to experience life in the heart of the Murcian wine region and help us out, we would love to hear from you!

Staying with us offers a great opportunity to experience authentic rural life on a Spanish finca. Jumilla is located in the heart of the beautiful Murcian wine region, famous for its vineyards, rich history, and nature.
You will learn about ecological almond farming and gain practical, hands-on experience with DIY projects and land maintenance.

As an international family, we love a true cultural exchange! While you help our son improve his Spanish, we are happy to share our own culture, stories, and knowledge of the local area with you. You will get to experience the peaceful countryside lifestyle, share everyday meals with us, and discover a beautiful, non-touristy part of Spain.
