  Description

  The association manages a vast mountainous area (70 ha), subject to phenomena of depletion and abandonment linked to rural exodus. In the year 2021, 70% of its territory was affected by the terrible fire that devastated the forest heritage of one of the main green lungs of the island. The activity of the association was mainly aimed at combating the risk of erosion and at long-term planning in order to prevent such a catastrophe from reproducing.

Nell ‘ anno 2021 il 70 % del suo territorio è stato interessato dal terribile incendio che ha devastato il patrimonio boschivo di uno dei principali polmoni verdi dell isola. L ‘ attività dell ‘ associazione Si è indirizzata in maniera prevalente al contrasto al rischio erosione e alla pianificazione a lungo termine al fine di impedire che una tale catastrofe si riproduca.

  Help

  The activity of the volunteers will consist of interventions on the woodland heritage: removal of the necromass to favor the regeneration of the Silvestri essences; arrangement of reservoirs; arrangement of rural roads, planting of new tree species, forest nurseries; general maintenance activities; hydraulic systems; weeding and scrub. The ordinary activities of the association also continue: organic and experimental gardens; Silvopastoralism, green building, naturalistic engineering

  L attività dei volontari consisterà in interventi sul patrimonio boschivo: asportazione della necromassa per favorire la rigenerazione delle essenze Silvestri ; sistemazione di invasi; sistemazione della viabilità rurale;piantumazioni di nuove essenze arboricole, vivaistica forestale; attività generali di manutenzione ; impiantistica idraulica; diserbo e decespuglio. Proseguono ,inoltre ,le attività ordinarie dell ‘associazione : orti biologici e sperimentali; Silvopastoralismo,bioedilizia ,ingegneria naturalistica

  Accommodation

  The association has a large mountain refuge, powered by photovoltaic panels. We can accommodate a dozen people inside during the winter. As for the summer period, we prefer accommodation in a tent / community tent, made available by our association. The kitchen is community and collective meals: the volunteers will take turns preparing them: since our community is inspired by a model of energy self-sufficiency, the kitchen and the heating, the boiler in the shower use wood (coming from the woods we manage in a sustainable way).
  
  L’ associazione dispone di un ampio rifugio montano,alimentato da pannelli fotovoltaici . Possiamo ospitare al suo interno una decina di persone durante il periodo invernale. Per quanto riguarda il periodo estivo , preferiamo la sistemazione in tenda /tenda comunità, messe a disposizione dalla nostra associazione .La cucina è comunitaria e i pasti collettivi: i volontari provvederanno a turno alla loro preparazione : poiché la nostra comunità si ispira a un modello di autosufficienza energetica , la cucina e il riscaldamento , il boiler della doccia vanno a legna( proveniente dai boschi da noi gestiti in maniera sostenibile).

  The association's mountain territory is located 5 km from Santu LUSSURGIU, a medieval center of great charm, connected by a bus line to the Abbasanta station (15km), an important railway hub, or to the provincial capital, Oristano (30km). In addition, during the summer season there is a bus line that connects to the coast and the beaches (25km).

  Il territorio montano dell associazione si trova a 5 km da Santu LUSSURGIU, centro medievale di grande fascino , collegato attraverso una linea di autobus all a stazione di Abbasanta (15km), importante snodo ferroviario ,o al capoluogo di provincia ,Oristano (30km). Inoltre durante la stagione estiva è attiva una linea di bus che effettuano il collegamento alla costa e alle spiagge ( 25km).
