    🌿 Tiny Temple Work-Study Project

We are inhabiting a small temporary space outside of Santa Cruz, Costa Rica, that we lovingly call the Tiny Temple. The doors are open to travelers who feel called to volunteer for a mission of spirit, creativity, and care for the wild. This is not just a place to “work”—it is a space to study, practice, and embody deep spiritual work with horses, the land, and the self.

    ✨ The Calling

The Tiny Temple exists as a waypoint along a greater vision—protecting wild spaces and building community rooted in the esoteric arts. At this stage, the focus is:
    • 🐎 Equine energy work and daily care with horses.
    • 📹 Creative contributions in social media, videography, and content creation.
    • 🌱 Supporting the transition as we search for the next long-term location.

The temple is small, rustic, and minimalist—able to host only a few people at a time, and only if the connection feels aligned.

    🛖 Accommodation
    • A carport-sized outdoor space for a camper or large tent.
    • Possibility of a shared dorm-style bedroom, depending on compatibility.
    • Simple, rustic amenities with an emphasis on learning to live as a minimalist.

  • Cultural exchange and learning opportunities

    Cultural exchange and learning opportunities

The Tiny Temple is not tucked away in isolation—it rests right in the heart of a small, rural Costa Rican town. This means volunteers are woven into the daily rhythms of community life. Instead of a touristic setting, you’ll experience real connection: greeting neighbors, sharing space with local children who want to pet the horses, and exchanging smiles and stories with families who live just steps away.

Here, cultural exchange happens organically. It isn’t about curated experiences or surface-level service interactions—it’s about being welcomed into the fabric of daily life in a Guanacaste town. Volunteers can practice Spanish in an authentic way, learn about local traditions, food, and values, and gain insight into what it means to live more simply and in harmony with nature and community.

We are open to receive someone who has a strong daily practice in place, someone who is already on the path of changing their lives to support the planet, heal themselves, and want to share their style of art. We are serious about health and explore any known practice that can help us strengthen our vibrations and help us get closer to the divine.
