    Cultural exchange and learning opportunities

By staying at the farm, the workaways get to experience life in the countryside and get the opportunity to interact closely with farm animals and take care of them. They will get a chance to live a slow life in tune with nature. The farm includes grazing fields, forests, a lake and a seaside. There is plenty of opportunity to connect with Norwegian nature.

  • Help

    Help

We live in a small farm at Radøy. The farm is located 45 minutes by car or 1 hour by bus from Bergen. We have a cat, some hens, some ducks, 6 sheep and 10 goats. We would like to get some help in the farm during the summer months from the beginning of June to the end of August. The persons coming can help us with cutting grass using grass cutters (if it is the time for grass cutting) and storing the cut grass. They can also help us with fencing the fields (if the fencing work has started). If there is some building projects going on, they can help with that also. In addition, they can feed all the animals if they want.
