Description
introduce my name is jimmi, and my complete name is jimmi Marbun. i am from sumatera island. exactly in sumatera utara (north Sumatera). i'm bataknese. after graduating education faculty from NOMMENSEN UNIVERSITY , as our tradition in my village, all the boys should go out of his house for looking for their own life. by that tradition i went to pangkalan kerinci (Riau province) became a teacher in 2011 in a school.
After long time to teach english, i am habit with the people around me, they are very kind as indonesian attitude usually. some of the students and their parents asking me to give them extra time in teaching in their house and it is very optimal for them. so i decided to open an english house in one building near the school. and ask some of my friends to teach the students.
the students attends the class at 4.00 pm. the will pay their tuition fee as their capability. and we use it to pay the the rent of house, and the teacher transportation fee.
i'm teaching at elementary school, teaching children is very nice for me, their cute and fun. they are 6 - 12 years old. i do my teaching at school in the morning. after that, i continue to teach in my english house. it was a very interesting activities.
my english house stands since 2015 until now, we still make it more better, This institution provides some skills like language, public speaking and learning guidance.We have some program in this schools like teaching, doing a seminar, making a training, doing a promotion and socialization. and we have culture change between melayu, batak and others culture of other country.
Because we are learning english as second language, so we need you who wants to share their knowledge, skills or everything that can help our students to more motivated learning english from all around the word .so we invite some people from around the world to share their experience and also get great experience in our great place. I believe that it will make the world changed better..

in my place, there are many different tribes and different varieties of cultures. such as ; Melayu, bataknese, and minang, you will get many experiences from those cultures. you can learn tari persembahan (persembahan dance), tor -tor dance, and piring dance. the others are food ( indonesian traditional food like arsik,ikan salai, dendeng and most of food are spicybut there are also sweet) , clothes, lifestyle, traditional house, traditional market, and how the people get their life by fishing. and also i will take you to elephant conservation near my place.

I would love to invite the volunteers to share their skill, knowledge and experience to the people around me like my families, my friends and my students. Because I have a small language Institution and it has some programs such as teaching, Language practising and motivating students also doing some social activities. we accompany you are when helping students in the class because their are sometimes doesn't understand your dialog. the travellers become assistants in class.
