    Description

Hello, I’m José, owner of a hostal in Pichilemu, located right in the city center. I invite you to become part of our great team, led by a manager and made up of 6 to 7 volunteers.

Here, you will discover an amazing group of people who bring this beautiful project to life, created in 2012. In our hostel, you can feel at home, surrounded by a warm atmosphere and a great team always willing to help you with anything you need.

Our space is primarily geared towards young students and travelers exploring Chile, with whom you can share unforgettable moments.

At the hostel, we value respect, teamwork, and friendship above all else. The feedback from those who have visited us is our best introduction. If you decide to come, you can be sure you’ll take away unique memories from your time in Pichilemu.

Pichilemu is famous for surfing, but it's also known for its tranquility and natural beauty. It's a small town, and everything is close by. If you want to surf here, it's very easy and safe. There are several surf schools where you can rent equipment and take lessons with an instructor. We can recommend some surf schools with the most affordable prices.

At the hostel, you will be assigned a cleaning area each week, which may include: kitchen/dining area, terraces, bathrooms, rooms, or hallways. The workday is a maximum of 3 hours per day.

The usual working hours are from 08:00 to 11:00. In the case of room cleaning, the shift starts at 11:00 and ends at 14:00, although you may also finish earlier if there are few check-outs. If you finish your daily work in less than 3 hours, you are free from the moment you leave everything in order.

We do not offer financial compensation or meals, but you will have full access to the hostel as if it were your own home, as well as a fully equipped kitchen where you can prepare your meals at any time you prefer (until 22:30).

Every Sunday, tasks are reorganized for the following week, so you will rotate through the different areas. In addition, the team itself will be responsible for training and guiding you in each of them.

We're 4 blocks from Pichilemu's main street (Anibal Pinto) and 7 blocks from the main beach. The bus from Santiago passes by our street (Santa Maria). You can get off at a bus stop just two blocks away; it's very easy to find.
