    Cultural exchange and learning opportunities

Our volunteers come from all over the world and have varying levels of education and experience. Cultural norms will challenge communication - how you expect to speak and share feedback may be different. We hope to offer a middle-ground and do our best to "meet you where you are". We respect everyone's identity, culture, time, and energy. This is a safe space, including for LGBTQ+ folks.
