Description
We're located in the heart of the Beaujolais region, on a former winegrowing estate. We moved here 2 years ago from the city and we plan to make home improvement projects such as:
Creating an ornamental garden with a vegetable patch and herbs on a plot of 1000 m2
Creating fish ponds (converting old underground wine vats into fish ponds)
Growing mushrooms
Renovation of former grape-pickers' accommodation
Nous sommes situés au cœur du beaujolais, dans un ancien domaine viticole. Arrivés de la ville, nous sommes installés depuis 2 ans et avons pour projet de réaménager notre lieu avec :

La création de bassins de poissons (transformation d'anciennes cuves à vin enterrées en bassins à poisson)
La culture de champignons
La rénovation d'anciens logements de vendangeurs

Come and discover our hilly region, with its many small villages and hamlets, and vineyards as far as the eye can see. We're just 30 minutes from Lyon, the capital of gastronomy.
As well as wine tasting, there are many other things to do in the Beaujolais. You can walk through the vineyards, visit the cellars, go cycling, hiking or horse-riding. You can also discover the picturesque villages of Beaujolais, such as Beaujeu, Fleurie or Morgon.
We're in the Lyon region, capital of gastronomy, and in the heart of the Beaujolais, a region renowned for its wines. We can help you discover or improve your knowledge of wine (oenology, tastings, vineyard visits and meetings with friends winemakers).
As a former restaurant chef, I can teach you about French cuisine, as well as preparing and sharing dinners together.
Last but not least, I'd be delighted to learn your language and to share with you exchanges in French!
Venez découvrir notre région vallonnée, avec de nombreux petits villages et hameaux, avec des vignes à perte de vue. Nous sommes situés à 30 minutes de Lyon, capitale de la gastronomie.
Outre la dégustation de vin, il existe de nombreuses autres activités à faire dans le Beaujolais. Vous pouvez vous promener dans les vignobles, visiter les caves, faire du vélo, de la randonnée ou de l'équitation. Vous pouvez également découvrir les villages pittoresques du Beaujolais, comme Beaujeu, Fleurie ou Morgon.
Nous sommes dans la région lyonnaise, capitale de la gastronomie, et au cœur du beaujolais, région réputée pour ses vins. Nous vous proposons de découvrir ou renforcer vos connaissances en la matière (œnologie, dégustation, visites de vignobles et rencontres avec des vignerons)
Ancien chef de restaurant, je peux, en plus de vous préparer les diners du soir et de les partager ensemble, vous apprendre la cuisine française
Enfin, je serai ravi d'apprendre votre langue et de partager avec vous des échanges en français !

Accommodation
You will be accommodated in a former grape-picker's flat with bathroom and toilet.
There is also a kitchen area in the former grape-pickers' refectory for your breakfast and lunch.
We provide 3 meals a day: breakfast, lunch and dinner.
As a professional cook and former restaurant chef, I will be happy to prepare the evening meal for you.
We have 4 cats and 2 dogs, pets are welcome.
We can accommodate 3 people.
Vous serez logés dans un ancien appartement de vendangeur avec salle de bain et toilettes
A votre disposition aussi un espace cuisine dans l'ancien réfectoire des vendangeurs pour votre petit déjeuner et déjeuner de midi
Nous prenons en charge les 3 repas du jour, petit Déjeuner, Déjeuner et diner.
Etant cuisinier de profession et ancien chef de restaurant, j'aurai plaisir à vous préparer le repas du soir
Nous avons 4 chats et 2 chiens, les animaux sont les bienvenus.
Nous pouvons accueillir 3 personnes
