Description
This is heaven on earth!!! This island look like a necklace of the Arabian sea. Sea and backwaters hand by hand... the eternal water romance. The sea and the rythm in every wave; the backwater and the calm, the mistery...
We live in a beautiful and peaceful piece of land in the north of Kerala. The beach house is located close to Payynur.
The place is so calm, really clean and wild.
I find really hard to write about me, i think humans are indescribable, thats the beauty! I would say I am a simple ordinary man, a humble person that love the task of live this life; making the most of it in every moment. I care about my family and the people around but also i like to be open to meet and discover the universes hidden inside every person.
I am taking care of this beach house with my unbeatable team. Sometimes i am not at the beach house but the manager Priyesh will help you and provide you anything you need for the activities you want to perform.
There is two properties, one is the main house, we have a large kitchen where we cook amazing homemade dishes. There is also some rooms for guest. And there is the main guesthouse a bit apart to keep the privacy of the people while they have their time here in the paradise.
This a tranquil area, there is no shops, or anything around so there is no crowd or people hanging out. We need to take a boat or a ferry that runs everyday in case we need to buy anything. Is the perfect place to relax, to enjoy the time in the pure nature, seeing stunning sunrises and sunsets with the melody of the waves..

This is place to call home, to feel loved and re-conect within yourself, stay away from crowds. Is a perfect enviroment to take some valuable time to practise meditation, yoga, writing, reading, painting, singing... Anything you feel like investing time on it, this would be perfect for it!
Is a lovely place to enjoy nature, beach walks, boat trip around the backwaters, there is mangroves and you can do birdwatching. There is many places along the Kerala coast in case you want to discover being Payynur a great conection with many trains. We are located just 200km from Mysuru and 330km from Bangaluru.
In case you want to give a chance to Malayalam the Kerala's language we can teach you some!
And you can learn how to make the best currys from the hand of our lovely chef! Jump into the kitchen and learn the secrets of the best southern food ( dosa, paddu, idly, chutney, sambar...)

This is a familiar, warm and lovely place that needs some help, some good ideas, some color, some fresh air!
GARDENING/PERMACULTURE
As we are surrounded by salt water we are trying to build a nice orchard in the rooftop of the house. We would love to start to use our own organic veggies, fruits and spices. And this is Kerala everything grows here! But we need someone who knows about gardening that give us ideas and start a good project of farming.
ART/PAINTING
Our walls and buildings are looking forward to have some beautiful paintings, murals, some art around!
Also maybe there is some painting work that it can be less artistic but still funny if you like to get your hands dirty!
LANDSCAPING
We would love to make our place more beautiful, eco-logic, if you have some ideas about design out door spaces, maybe with recycling materials, or with natural materials around us you can help us to build a better place!
TECHNOLOGY/MEDIA
We would love to have some life in social media but with some "eco-logic" perspective, this is a sacred, and peaceful place and we need to take care of it, care about who comes and how we show others where we are so maybe you can help up to create some visual social media in this line.
OTHERS
It might be needed some help in different duties such a do some shopping, renovation plan, cleanning or any other thing...

Accommodation
We will provide accommodation in a room under availability. Clean, neat and tidy room with attached toilet with fan.
If we are fully booked in the time you want to come (rarely). We accept tent or hammock to stay, free access to toilet and shower.
We will provide food. You will have the chance to enjoy delicious and tasty food of our southern indian cousine.
We have unlimited internet access but there is network even inside the water!! So no worry for that!
What else ...
We would appreciate the conciousness about the recycling system here, this is an island, we ask you to bring as less waste as possible, and take with you as much as you can when you leave. Our electricity is powered by solar panels and Kerala has the media 130 days of rain so you should now that some days maybe our electricity will be weak.
