Description
We are a Registered Charity in Alberta, Canada that focuses on animal welfare, mainly equine care and rehabilitation. We operate on a smaller scale so that our animals can get the individual care, attention and support they deserve and will often use some of our cases for educational and training purposes via social media posting and youtube videos. As our work has evolved, so has our understanding of what healing truly means. Alongside rehabilitation, we now offer equine-assisted therapeutic support, creating intentional spaces where humans and horses can meet in stillness, connection, and mutual restoration

Accommodation
Private Bedroom on lower floor with private bathroom and living space. Shared upstairs kitchen. Shared food, cooking and meals available.
The person staying with us would have access to the shared fridge, pantry and appliances in the kitchen upstairs at all times so they would be welcomed to snack whenever they feel called or prepare their own food if preferred. They would also have a private small fridge downstairs if they preferred to keep some of their items in their own personal space. We would include their food preferences in our weekly grocery runs and they would be invited to be a part of all of our daily meals and snacking. -

We live 4 hours from the rocky mountains so ideal location for day or overnight trips if you want to go on an adventure and so some sight seeing. Lots of local towns and cities with a variety of social activities and cultural experiences. -
