  I am an independent person, who lives in a 2-room apartment in a town half an hour by subway from the center of Valencia. I like to know other cultures and other ways of life. I would like the person who came to feel at home, I will try to help you in any way I can in addition to advising you to visit places. I live in a quiet town, the metro stop that goes to Valencia capital is 15 minutes walk from the house and you can reach the center in half an hour. And if you feel like staying here you have somewhere to have a drink or go out to dinner or even go to the gym on foot.
  
  Soy una persona independiente, que vive en un piso de 2 habitaciones en un pueblo a media hora en metro del centro de Valencia. Me gusta conocer otras culturas y otras formas de vida.
  Me gustaría que quien viniera se sintiera como en su casa, intentaré ayudarte en todo lo que pueda además de aconsejarte lugares que puedes visitar.
  Vivo en un pueblo tranquilo, la parada de metro que va a Valencia capital está a 15 minutos andando desde la casa y puedes llegar en media hora al centro.
  Y si te apetece quedarte por aquí tienes algún sitio para tomar algo o salir a cenar o incluso ir al gimnasio andando.

  What I am looking for is a person who teaches me English and keeps the house tidy and clean, it will not cost much because it is a small apartment and we are only two. You will have a lot of free time because I usually work, we can set some schedules for classes and the rest of the time you can organize it your way.
  
  Lo que busco es una persona que me de clases de inglés y mantenga la casa ordenada y limpia, no costará mucho pues es un piso pequeño y sólo somos dos.
  Tendrás mucho tiempo libre pues yo suelo estar trabajando, podemos poner unos horarios para las clases y el resto del tiempo te lo puedes organizar a tu manera.

  You will have a single room for you in a small apartment with 2 rooms separated from each other. Breakfast will be included, for the rest of the meals you will have to take care of the purchase yourself, the basic things will not be necessary of course.
  
  Tendrás una habitación individual para ti en un piso pequeño de 2 habitaciones separadas entre sí. Estará incluido el desayuno, del resto de comidas tendrás que encargarte tu mismo de la compra, las cosas básicas no será necesario por supuesto.

  What else ...

  The center of Valencia is half an hour by subway, you have the station 15 minutes walk from home. There is much to visit or enjoy in the center, monuments, leisure areas, restaurants, shops, etc ... There are also beaches half an hour away by car. If you want to stay close to home the town is quiet but you have some shops, places to have a drink or dinner, gym, etc ... here you can walk everywhere.
  
  El centro de Valencia está a media hora en metro, tienes la estación a 15 minutos andando desde casa. Hay mucho para visitar o disfrutar en el centro, monumentos, zonas de ocio, restaurantes, tiendas, etc... También hay playas a media hora en coche. Si quieres quedarte cerca de casa el pueblo es tranquilo pero tienes algunas tiendas, sitios para tomar algo o cenar, gimnasio,etc...aquí puedes ir andando a todas partes.
