Description
I Live in a rustic Casa in the National Park, in a spa town called Lanjaron known for its healing waters now sold all over Southern spain. Lanjaron is in the in the Alpujara's the foot-hills of the Sierra Nevada
I have a lot of land that needs tending with olive trees orange trees, grapes, and lots more. There are beautiful views of the mountains and land and it is a retreat far away from it all. The house is about 20 minutes walk from the main town up hill and if you are looking for peace and quite a in what seems like a place that time forgot surrounded by nature, beautiful sunshine days and stary nights you will find it here.
It is the on th G7 route and is excellent for walking mountain biking and foraging for wild herbs and medicinal remedies, if you are interested in bird watching we have 5 types of Eagles here and lots of bees as Lanjaron is also known for its honey. Within 40 minutes drive to Granada City and the Alhambra as well and 40 min's from the Sea.

The finca is a work in progress with many things to do mostly tending to the land strimming, pruning, growing your own veg -.
Looking after the dogs 2 small ones - as I work full time.
There is a lot to keep you busy with the land and taking care of the house whilst I'm way.
You need to be reasonably fit for the walking into town mountain roads and work on the land
The land can be quite demanding work but so peaceful.
and I am looking for someone more mature 30 +
I'm really wanting someone who wants to settle down for a while - maybe to the end of the year if this works exchanging work/help for accommodation - living more independently and self sufficient.

You will have your own separate space in a rustic large studio room with shower. The kitchen is in main part of the house to share but you also have your own kitchenette in your studio.
The studio is comfortable but you will need to make it your own - it has wifi. would suit a meditation praticoner someone looking for a retreat,
Perhaps a writer artist or someone in need of some quite time and ok to be in their own company.
What else ...
You may want to consider bringing car or bike although you can walk into town in 20 mins and from Granada you can get a bus anywhere - nearest airport Granada or Malaga.
