  Description

  We live in a very small village of 13 inhabitants, in Swedish Lapland, 10 km above the Arctic Circle. Our place of life is on the edge of a lake and a forest, there are many trails around us for walking. We have a pack of 23 Samoyeds, sled dogs who are at rest in the summer but who will appreciate short walks. We have a small boat which offers the possibility of fishing on the lake next to the house. We are far from everything, quiet, in a superb nature.
  
  Nous sommes un couple de Français, nous vivons dans un tout petit village de 13 habitants, en laponie suédoise, à 10 km au dessus du cercle polaire. Notre lieu de vie se trouve au bord d'un lac et d'une forêt, il y a autour de nous de nombreuses pistes pour se ballader. Nous avons une meute de 26 Samoyèdes, chiens de traineau qui sont au repos en été mais qui apprécierons les petites promenades. Nous avons une petite barque qui offre la possibilité de pêcher en été sur le lac à côté de la maison. En Automne, les températures rafraichissent et l'entrainement des chiens commencent. Nous sommes loin de tout, à 30 Km de la ville, au calme, dans une superbe nature.

  During your stay with us, during the periods when we will be together, we will be happy to help you discover our way of life in the Arctic, how we organize ourselves over the seasons with what nature offers us. You will experience the midnight sun and the permanent day. We will take you to discover ancient customs during a visit to an old fishing village.I will be happy to teach you how to make your own bread for those who do not yet know how.
  
  
  Lors de votre séjour chez nous, nous nous ferons un plaisir de vous faire découvrir notre mode de vie en arctique, comment on s'organise au fil des saisons avec ce que la nature nous offre. En été, vous vivrez l'expérience du soleil de minuit et du jour permanent.
  En automne, les couleurs changent vite, le froid arrive doucement mais il ya encore de belles journées.
  Nous vous indiquerons les sites intérressants à visiter. Vous apprendra volontier à faire votre pain pour ceux qui ne savent pas encore le faire.

  Help

  In spring and summer, the help is versatile: Gardening, splitting, cutting and storing wood, mowing exteriors, fishing. DIY, repair. Kennel maintenance, dog care and cuddles, dog walks.
  
  En saison printemps, été, l'aide est polyvalente:
  Jardinage, fendre couper et ranger le bois, tonte des extérieur, pêche. bicolage, réparation.
  Entretien du chenil, soins et calins aux chiens, balades avec les chiens.

  Accommodation

  You will be accommodated (depending on availability) in a single room in the main house or in a shared chalet if there are several helpers at the same time, there are 2 bedrooms, a bathroom, a kitchen, a living room. For meals, we will take them together when we are there and when we are away, habits will not change, you will always have access to the main house because the dogs have their habits, including sofa cuddles (in small groups). In the main house there is also the sauna to which you will have access. The washing machine and dryer are in the basement of the main house, you can use it whenever you want. When we are away, we ask one of the helpers to move into the main house to better monitor the dogs in the kennel.
  
  Vous serez logé (en fonction des disponiblités) en chambre individuelle dans la maison principale ou en chalet à partager si il y a plusieurs aides en même temps , il y a 2 chambres, une salle de bain, une cuisine, un salon. Pour les repas, nous les prendrons ensemble . Les chiens ont leurs habitudes, entre autre les calins canapé (par petit groupe). Dans la maison principale, il y a aussi le sauna auquel vous aurez accès. Le lave linge est dans la maison principale, vous l'utilisez quand vous voulez.
  Pour la saison été 2025, nous pouvons accueillir jusqu'à 2 personnes de Mai à Juillet.

  Here, north of the polar circle, everything is done to the rhythm of nature and the opportunities it offers us according to the seasons! (fishing, marking reindeer, picking hortjrons etc...). We will be happy to help you discover this nature! according to the opportunities available to us.
  
  Ici, au nord du cercle polaire, tout ce fait au rythme de la nature et des opportunités qu'elle nous offre en fonction des saisons ! (pêche, marquage des rennes, cueillette des hortjrons etc...). nous nous ferons un plaisir de vous faire découvrir cette nature !en fonction des possibilités qui s'offrent à nous

  Il est possible de se brancher à l'électricité. Il n'y a pas de vide sanitaire. Vous avez accès à la salle de bain et aux toilettes de la maison principale . Il y a un point d'eau chaude et froide dans le garage.
