Hi, We would love to invite you to join us !
We are a family of three, Dad (Fran), Mom (Sara) and our daughter (Laia) who is 4 and a half years old.
We are looking for a English speaking young lady or woman (better if you are native) who wants to stay with us and share a different culture. We would like you to stay at least three weeks-one month. The longer the better for us, so if you want to stay more time is perfect.
We would like someone kind, caring and confident to help us to mind our daughter few hours a day.
It isn´t necessary to speak Spanish, you can talk in English with us.
Laia is an easy going little girl accustomed to being talking and taking care by English speakers. she is a very happy little girl who has a huge smile for everyone who talk to her. She loves you talking and singing to her. She likes listening to music and dancing a lot and loves playing with the sand and her bike in the parks near home.
We are an easy going family. We love travelling, going out in nature, seeing new places and do stuff together in general.
We like international environment and this is a nice way to introduce another culture at home and we had great experiences and we want to repeat them
We will make you feel very welcome in our home at the same time respecting your privacy. We will be happy to introduce you to Spanish culture and give you tips about Madrid, help you with your Spanish (I think I am good at this) or we can also help you if you decide to meet and travel to other regions or whatever you need.

We like international environment and this is a nice way to introduce another culture at home. We had great experiences and we want to repeat them.
We will make you feel very welcome in our home at the same time respecting your privacy. We will be happy to introduce you to Spanish culture and give you tips about Madrid, help you with your Spanish (I think I am good at this) or we can also help you if you decide to meet and travel to other regions or whatever you need. If you want I can teach you some spanish recipes ;)
You will have free meals and acomodation and the support you could need if you have any problem.

Help
During the week we go to work at 6:45 a.m. but Laia usually is sleeping until you wake her up. You have to wake her up at 8:00 a.m. more or less, prepare her breakfast (she eats alone she is an independient little girl) and take her to school. School starts at 9:00 a.m. it´s 8 minutes walking from home.
We would like you to take care of Laia two evenings during the week from 16:00 until 19:30 p.m. But if you are studying at University, for instance, we can change this hours. The important timetable is until 9:00 a.m from Monday to Friday.
We would like someone with child care experience.
We also expect from would be considered part of the family from the start. We would like someone who is a kind and happy person, who genuinely enjoys spending time with children. you doing some light house work (tidying, hanging out laundry, filling/emptying dishwasher, etc) when possible just like a member of the family not us a houseworker.

We live in Madrid well connected to the city center and to Universities. libraries, etc. There is a metro station 400 meters from our home. We live near a big shopping center with a lot of shops, Ikea…
Madrid is a really intresting city, with a lot of things to do museums (you have free hours to visit), parks, pubs, international meetings, spanish classes, important cities just one hour by transport like Toledo, Segovia...
