Hey there!
We're an Aussie couple living in Japan and recently bought our own ski lodge in Hakuba, Japan! We're looking for Japanese staff who can speak both English and Japanese and are available to work over the winter season.
About you:
- If you're handy on the tools and DIY work, we'd love to have you.
- Must have a valid open drivers licence
- You must be physically fit and healthy as we do lots of snow clearing!
- Willing to work as part of a team but also able to undertake tasks without a lot of supervision.
- Great at interacting with strangers and loves to meet new people.
- Loves skiing and snowboarding!

Cultural exchange and learning opportunities
You'll be able to experience daily life in a ski town in a Japanese mountain village, learn about local traditions, visit temples, and unwind in the nearby onsen (hot springs). We’ll also share our journey of moving to Japan, adapting to a new culture, and fixing up our place. It’s a great way to learn, exchange cultures, and meet others who are on similar adventures!
