  Hello world travelers! We are a family of 6 enjoying life in Tweed Heads, Australia. We have a busy life running a business and homeschooling our kids so would love some help around the house and in the garden!
  
  We have big house with a pool and beautiful sea, mountain and river views. Tweed Heads is the perfect gateway to both the Byron Bay hinterland (Northern Rivers/Rainbow Region) as well as the action packed Gold Coast. We are actually only 12 minutes drive away from the Coolangatta Airport. There are many things to explore around here and trips to make.
  
  Some activities to do:
  - Walk along the Tweed River
  - Go for a surf in Rainbow Bay
  - We have bikes for you to use
  - Explore the hinterland National Parks, rainforest and waterfalls
  - Visit the local markets
  - Go for a canoe trip or enjoy other watersports
  - Walk down to Coolangatta (Cooly) or Kirra beach
  - Cycle up to Currumbin, Tallebudgera or other beautiful spots around here
  - Visit nearby towns: Byron Bay (45mins), Mullumbimby, Murwillumbah, Brunswick Heads etc
  
  We also have a property out in the country which is an amazing and peaceful place with creeks and wildlife.
  
  We feel very grateful to be living in this wonderful area and look forward to sharing it with the workaway community.

  You will experience life in Australia. We love to chat about our different cultures and are interested in all things music, art, holistic/healthy living, traveling etc. If you play music we like a jam or let us know any other particular skill you have to share.

  If you speak a different language, this will be a great thing to teach to our kids.

  Accommodation

  You will have your private bedroom. Our home is in a street with not much traffic but within walking/biking distance to action in town(s) and beaches. We will provide you with a box of healthy food for you to prepare meals. From time to time we like to hang out in the evenings but we have a busy family life so won't always be possible, when it flows :)

  What else ...

  So much to do in the area! The natural environment is beautiful around here, they don't call Australia the lucky country for no reason. When you arrive by bus you can walk to our house or we may be able to pick you up from the airport. There is free parking on the street if you have your own car. We have hosted a lot of travelers over the years through different sites, in this house and previous ones. We enjoy being around positive, independent people that tune in to what needs to be done and have a good working attitude.
