Description
Hey, we are Luka and Natja. We have 4 kids, 3 cats, a dog, 11 chickens and one rooster. Jump into our story...
We first met on meditation workshop that Natja was hosting. We immediately clicked.We talk a ton and soon we fell in love. At the time Natja was living in a city and so did Luka. But we were not happy at all. Fast money making oriented society was smothering us. See, Luka is all about healthy food, bare foot and simple living and Natja is totally in love with animals, she is amazed by old faith spiritual practices and she has a little collection of carnivorous plants. We both deeply respect nature and so the only logical move was to pack our things and go live somewhere where we could be more in touch with ourselves and of course our main goal is to teach our children that rich life has nothing to do with money.
We wanted something simple and near the forest and of course with enough space for big garden, children to play and our animals to live their best life.
One day Natja was photographing bees and butterflies on a big meadow near where we were living at that time and thought to herself - wow, this place is perfect. It is not far from the school and kindergarten, the city bus is just 10 minutes away but you are still in the nature. The place was not in really good condition and now we really need help with gardening, cooking, general maintenance, DIY projects (small greenhouse, chicken hoop house, kid's tree house,...).
If you find yourself in our story, we would be more than happy if you join us on our modestly but stress free homestead when we can build and create together. Our dream is to create a place where people can come and just relax and most importantly -connect with themselves and our Mother Earth.

Accommodation
Your stay will be in a small simple wooden cabin (500 m away from main house), or in a tent in our big backyard, where you will sleep and have your own peace.

You will get 3 meals per day. You can eat all the meals with us. For individual wishes there is a shop 5 min away with a bike.

- visit Pohorje hill (1.500 m high)

- explore Slovenija (as our country is very small, you can organize yourself a weekend tours and visit all the beauty of our small country. For example Bled, Postojna cave, Kranjska gora, ...)
