    Description

Hello! I run a cozy pottery shop in the beautiful town of Oliva, located in the province of Valencia. For me, pottery is a true passion project and a dedicated hobby rather than a commercial business.

My listing is strictly for a hobby and personal cultural exchange. My place is not a commercial premises, and I do not sell any of my pieces.

I am in the studio almost every day, focusing on my personal production, exploring new techniques, and constantly evolving in the art of hand-created ceramics.
This is a space of creativity, trial, and growth, and I love sharing it with like-minded people.

    ☀️ The Location: Oliva
If you love nature, you will love it here. The house is perfectly nestled between the sea and the mountains:
The Beach: We are located just 2.5 kilometers from the beach of Oliva, widely considered one of the most beautiful, pristine beaches on the Costa Blanca.
The Mountains: Just footsteps away from the house is the beautiful Montaña de Santa Ana, featuring historical castle ruins and stunning views.
The Surroundings: The area is enveloped by lush orange groves and an abundance of different fruit trees. Plus, the weather in Oliva is famously fantastic year-round.

👋 What I’m Looking For & Your Help
I am looking for a helper who is genuinely curious about the craft. Ideally, you have some prior experience with pottery (even basic knowledge helps) and Spanish language skills are highly appreciated.

In exchange for your stay, I ask for a commitment of about 5 hours of help per day. Please note that the help is split between the pottery studio and the home:

Assisting around the studio, keeping shelves clean, and wiping down pottery pieces.

Helping around the house: Help with general cleaning of the shared living spaces and rooms.

Occasional Projects: From time to time, we might do a bit of painting, organising, or rearranging spaces to keep the house looking its best.

    🏠 Accommodation & Food
Your Room: You will have your own private, comfortable bedroom to relax in.
Shared Spaces: You will have access to a shared bathroom and a fully equipped shared kitchen.
Meals & Cooking: Cooking is another huge passion of mine, and we will definitely be sharing plenty of meals, great food, and good times together! However, please note that set daily meals are not formally programmed into your stay, and I cannot commit to cooking for you every day. You should be independent and ready to use the kitchen to prepare your own food when we aren't eating together.
