    Description

We are looking for a team of skilled, hard-working, and dedicated womxn and non-binary folks that are dedicated to our vision of repairing inequities faced by womxn and queer folks.

Those interested will help with their hands on a special land-based project, but also have the opportunity to support the development of our wider project: a social media expert? Take over our Instagram to expand our community! Love content writing? Develop our blog and write one-of-a-kind articles about women's empowerment! Feel like getting more experience in teaching yoga, or holding space for ceremonies? Go ahead and take over our event calendar!

Help is needed in laying a structurally sound and sustainable foundation to support the development of a physical and digital space that will hold education, healing, and cultural change based on empowering womxn. A willingness to learn and take direction from a strong group of womxn and locals is essential.

Global warming has at times created intense working conditions for volunteers. This work requires a willingness to live on the land for the duration of the special project, and a mental fortitude to manage the mental stress that comes with this work. Participation in team meetings and feminine rituals of self-care such as daily sharing circles is expected.

We are looking for womxn and non-binary folks who are feminists and allies that are ready and believe in creating a safe haven and place of empowerment for womxn. (Priority for EU passport holders)

Come join the family to create a very special homeland!

You will discover what life on a Greek island is like! Delicious, nourishing food harvested from the next-door organic farm, beautiful sea views and daily trips to the beach, a group of powerful, open-minded women to dream and have fun with and finally the chance to be a part of the growing community building this project together.

You will also learn from local permaculture specialists, work hand in hand with local farmers, and get to experience Greek culture at its best.

If this is something that interests you, there will also be opportunities to get involved in the development and the management of the project itself: from event planning to marketing, from budgeting to logistical management... opportunities to learn from our team, and help out are many!

  • Help

    Help

We are looking for help to prepare our land. We will be hosting a plethora of beautiful workshops, and welcoming tens of women in this sacred space over the next six months.

Much remains to be done! From helping our staff with fruit tree cutting to clearing out paths, building benches out of palets, cutting bamboo to make shade, creating cosy spaces around the land or harvesting and taking care of our organic garden, we will be focusing on taking care of the land itself. We are looking for hands-on volunteers, ready to put their hands in the soil and to get dirty (with joy!).

We also need help with hospitality, event organisation and social media: if you have any experience in creating communities, organising events or retreats or helping in the hospitality industry in general - we need you!
