Description
I am a well travelled Malaysian who has volunteered in USA and EUROPE. After a break for COVID I am hosting again. I would like to focus on some of the 17 Sustainable Development Goals as outlined by the UN especially LIFE ON LAND (15) including building using recycled and bio-degradable materials; and developing organic farming methods. I invite persons to join me in some "plain living and high thinking" and see where it leads us while soaking up the Sun!

Cultural exchange and learning opportunities
We ASPIRE to provide volunteers the opportunity to be in a small growing international community with the possibility of interacting within the framework of the 17 sustainable development goals. The main medium of communication will be english. Some tamil, malay, french and danish will also be possible.
We offer the opportunity to develop and implement your ideas for making the planet a better place for humans and the environment guided by the Sustainable Development Goals. In particular we would like to highlight the tensions between the ideals and directions in the SDGs and the ability to implement them .Help

PLEASE NOTE THAT VOLUNTEERS ARE ADVISED TO BUY MALAYSIAN SIM CARDS.What else ...
Due to COVID-19 volunteers must be familiar with and adhere to all the regulations. The location makes it important that workawayers present themselves during daylight hours when they first come to orientate themselves to the surroundings.
At this time the project requires hardworking individuals who are familiar with renovation and refurbishing. I am particularly interested in people who have a passion for developing sustainable vegetable plots. The property has easy access to bus and train routes. It is located about an hour and half from the Kuala Lumpur International Airport, and the City. Historic Malacca is 2 hours by bus or automobile and can be a day trip. Singapore is a 4 hour drive by automobile and there are buses and taxis always at hand. Of course an important attraction is to enjoy the beach and the sea which are a 5 minute walk away.A little more information
