Description
We are friendly easygoing family of me Sara, 1,5 year old son Benjamin and 4 dogs Hilma, Liisa, Lumi and Pyry and cat Lola.
I’m originally from Finland, so if you are looking for something a little different and a great cross cultural exchange, here it is! You can experience Irish hospitality at its best with the added benefits of getting to know some of my Finnish tastes and traditions which I’d be delighted to share with you !
I moved and settled in Ireland many years ago and it's most definitely home and I love living here, so I will be happy to share everything I know and like here.
We absolutely love animals and have lot of them around here! On top of all dogs we have many horses and cat called Lola.
I also love nature and the atmosphere around here is very peaceful.
I have dogs and horses so you might like to learn and help with feeding. If you are interested I can teach lunging and basic handling. There may be an opportunity to ride and have fun with the great riding facilities if you are able to ride.Types of help and learning opportunities

Help
We have recently moved house to a beautiful location surrounded by rich Irish countryside. We live in a big typical Irish farmhouse. I have got settled in but having a young child and animals means a few extra pairs of hands would be fantastic.... I could really do with help painting and decorating some of the rooms still in process, helping me organise things inside the house with a bit of occasional cleaning, setting up a vegetable garden, bringing the borders and flower areas that have been long neglected back to life and various simple tasks outside. If you are handy with a hammer or saw or even getting firewood stacked there's always odd jobs to be done.
I am hoping to initially host 2 friends or a couple but as we develop the garden and grounds it'd be great to have a few extra to make a fun team atmosphere.
The help is easy enough and I will be glad to hear from anyone who loves kids and happy to help out.
I am based in a great location near the centre of Ireland so I can direct you to lots of local amenities and if you want to explore further afield and take off for a few days to the west coast.
We are close to the mainline bus routes and tram station.Languages
