  About Us
  
  We are a family with teenage children who are now away studying, so the house has become a bit quieter... but also a bit neglected. We live in Mallorca in a home we’ve filled with life for years, but it now needs a proper refresh: serious organizing, a deep clean, some painting, and other minor repairs.
  
  We are looking for someone to join us in this process during September and October. This isn't just about a quick sweep-up; it involves going through every nook and cranny—from closets to the basement—to leave everything tidy, clean, and uncluttered.
  
  What We Need
  
  Deep cleaning of the entire house, room by room
  Emptying, sorting, and reorganizing closets, storage areas, and the basement
  Minor repairs and paint touch-ups
  Above all: good judgment and the persistence to see a job through to the end
  
  Who We Are Looking For
  
  An extremely organized person who enjoys seeing a space transform. Someone handy who isn't afraid to pick up a paintbrush, a box, or a screwdriver. You should be self-motivated, respectful of other people's belongings, and patient enough for long, detailed tasks. Professional experience isn't required, but you should find this kind of work satisfying rather than a chore.
  
  What We Offer
  
  Independent accommodation in a rustic house separate from our own; you’ll have your own space, privacy, and downtime at the end of the day. It is a simple house, but very well-maintained and comfortable. [Meals included: breakfast and lunch.] [Wi-Fi, bicycle available, etc.]
  
  The schedule is 5 hours a day, Monday through Saturday, with afternoons free for you to [go to the beach / explore the area / rest].

  Sobre nosotros
  
  Somos una familia con hijos adolescentes que ya están estudiando, así que la casa se ha quedado un poco mas tranquila… y también un poco descuidada. Vivimos en Mallorca , en una casa que llevamos años llenando de vida y que ahora necesita una puesta a punto en condiciones: orden de verdad y muchoooo, limpieza a fondo y algún trabajo de pintura y otros arreglos menores
  
  Buscamos a una persona que nos acompañe en ese proceso durante septiembre y octubre. No es un trabajo de "pasar la escoba": es entrar rincón por rincón, armario por armario, hasta el sótano, y dejarlo todo claro, limpio y con muy despejado
  
  Qué necesitamos
  
  Limpieza profunda de toda la casa, habitación por habitación
  Vaciar, clasificar y reorganizar armarios, trasteros y sótano
  Pequeños arreglos y retoques de pintura
  Sobre todo: criterio y constancia para terminar lo que se empieza
  
  A quién buscamos
  
  Una persona extremadamente ordenada, a la que le guste ver un espacio transformarse. Manitas, que se maneje bien con las manos y no le dé pereza coger una brocha, una caja o un destornillador. Autónoma, cuidadosa con las cosas de los demás y con paciencia para las tareas largas. No hace falta experiencia profesional, pero sí que este tipo de trabajo te resulte satisfactorio y no una condena.
  
  Qué ofrecemos
  
  Alojamiento independiente en una casa rústica que no es la nuestra: tendrás tu propio espacio, tu intimidad y tu ritmo al terminar el día. Es una casa sencilla pero muy bien cuidada y cómoda. [Incluimos las comidas / desayuno y comida.] [Wifi, bici a disposición, etc.]
  
  Trabajamos 5 horas al día, de lunes a sábado, con las tardes libres para que puedas [ir a la playa / explorar la zona / descansar].
  
  Si te va el orden, disfrutas dejando las cosas bien hechas y te apetece pasar un otoño tranquilo con nosotros, escríbenos y te contamos más.
