    Description

    Heya!

I’m happy to welcome you to my home in Kapandriti, a peaceful village in Attica, Greece. My place is a cozy cottage set on a beautiful 2-acre hilltop, about 800 meters above sea level. It’s surrounded by greenery, trees, and fresh air - a perfect escape from the busy city and a great spot to relax and reconnect with nature.

You’ll be staying in a large, spacious camp tent set up outdoors, offering you privacy as well as a unique connection to nature — including beautiful nights under a sky full of stars. Inside the house, you’ll have exclusive use of one of the two bathrooms, and we’ll share the kitchen.

When you’re not helping, you can unwind, explore the area, or even use the kayaks and canoe I have available for a bit of adventure and fun. The beach is also just a 20-minute drive away, perfect for a quick escape to the sea.

In return, I offer a calm, welcoming environment where you can slow down, enjoy nature, and experience everyday life in Greece.🌿

    Cultural exchange and learning opportunities

At my place, the cultural exchange is all about slowing down, connecting with nature, and experiencing everyday life in a Greek countryside setting. You’ll get a chance to see how life unfolds in a small village in Attica, from gardening and caring for the land to simple daily routines in a traditional home.

We’ll share meals and time in the kitchen, so you can learn about Greek cooking and food culture. I’ll also be helping you with garden tasks and teaching you techniques for planting trees, maintaining soil, and creating small garden decorations - a hands-on way to understand how we live and work with nature here.

When you want a change of pace, I can help you get to Athens by bus and even give you a personal tour of the city, so you can experience the culture, history, and vibrant life of the capital.

Outside of work, you can explore the beautiful surroundings, enjoy peaceful hilltop views, take the kayaks or canoe out for fun, and even visit the nearby beach just 20 minutes away. Nights are magical under a sky full of stars, giving you a unique opportunity to experience the tranquility and rhythms of life in rural Greece.

It’s a relaxed, welcoming environment where we can exchange skills, stories, and experiences, while you immerse yourself in the local lifestyle and natural beauty of the area.

  • Help

    Help

I’m looking for some help with light outdoor tasks around the garden. This includes things like painting the fence wall, maintaining the soil, planting trees, and building small garden decorations to make the space even more beautiful.

Nothing too demanding - just a few hours a day, with plenty of time left for you to enjoy the surroundings. When I’m not working, I’ll be there helping alongside you, and I’m happy to share what I know so you can also learn more about gardening during your stay.

I’d love to host open-minded, easygoing people who appreciate nature and don’t mind getting their hands a little dirty in a relaxed way. Looking forward to meeting you!
