Description
Hey, My name is Sergio and a well known english jungle tour guide here in Leticia Amazonas. I own this increible tour operator and i need your help.
Types of help and learning opportunities
Hospitality/Tourism
Cultural exchange and learning opportunities
You will get to see the real amazon and enjoy the jungle, lakes and rivers. Always you will be on tours, enjoying the nature and been with our family in the Amazon.
At all times you will have 3 meals and accomodation with shared bathroom.

I design a fantastic tour in the Amazon but i need help with English-Spanish translations. All my guides knows their native language and spanish but most of my visitors are foreigners. I need active and happy people to help me translate on tours.
You will be always on nature, lakes, rivers and learning the amazing Amazon culture.
I need peope to translate 4 day trips in the Amazon. We are constantly with guest in the Amazon, we need for our native guides a translator as they dont speak english.
We will provide housing and 3 meals a day.

We have boat access everyday to Leticia, we live in a fantastic town called puerto nariño fully sorrounded with jungle. You can basically do activities, have walk, visit native communities or be on the lake spotting dolphins.

I would definitely recommend this workaway! It was the best workaway I made in whole Colombia. I spent 2,5 wonderful weeks working for Sergios tour operator and I didn't want to leave. This was an amazing, strange, beautiful, and sometimes straining experience that I highly recommend. You stay in the small town of Puerto Nariño (only accessible by boat) and go out every day with the guides to pick of the tourists and take them on various journeys. This was the best, Sergio is very easy going and patient. The place, Puerto Nariño, is so gorgeous that I wanted to stay forever. They have a nice cabin for the translators and provide all the meals we needed to hike, the same as the tourists and very healthy and yummy. Recommended!

I spent most of January 2018 in beautiful Puerto Narino translating Spanish-English for tours with Sergio's team, and it was fabulous. Volunteers are provided with a room and 3 solid meals per day. I can only echo the reviews of other people here - this is a fantastic experience and highly recommended. I stayed for 3 weeks but 4 - 6 weeks would have been ideal. Amazing experience! Everybody was great and I had a lot of.fun with all the tour guides. Greatest workaway for animal and nature lovers. I saw pink dolphins, sloths, tarántulas...I slept, ate and even party in indigenous village. they really take care about the volunteers. Deliciois food. True adventure in the Amazonía.
