Description
We are a small, private, alternative school option for children in our area. We run a theme-based, holistic and needs based program. We use English as our main medium of instruction. Our children currently range from 3 to 18 years old.
We are situated on an Eco-farm in Bang Phra, Chonburi, Thailand.

Help
We are looking for people who are flexible and can take objectives and create a fun and interesting lesson for small groups of children at the eco-farm Learning Center as well as supervise and support the program that is already running. We currently would like to establish a new program called 'Project NEMO' (N-nautical, E-expedition, M-marine conservation, O-oceanology) which could involve building, organizing and setting up things for this project as well as setting up and implementing plans for this adventure/sea-based program.

The Eco-farm is able to provide a multi-cultural environment with rustic shared accommodation and shared bathroom facilities. The farm is in a small town with a night market and a quiet atmosphere.
What else ...
We have a cook who provides the food (meat and vegetarian options only) for the community. If you require further food you can purchased it at the local market which is within walking distance.
We can provide computers with internet after 4pm as our wifi is very sensitive and can be inconsistent.
To get the full benefit of your time with us we ask that you stay a minimum of two weeks.
We provide a full community experience and ask volunteers to participate fully in the community on working days, Monday to Friday and understand the community aspect on Saturday and Sunday as well.

Madalena was a great help and was involved within hours of arriving on the farm. She had a fun and easy going personality and performed very well as 'Mary' in our Christmas play.
