My name is Aurélie, I'm french and I co-founded this association two years ago. We are working with indigenous communities of Chiapas and Oaxaca, we help them sell their amazing handcraft (fairtrade) and share their beautiful culture to the world.
“We are not dead.
We are not part of the lost world.
We are. “ Enriqueta Lunez
The preservation, the transmission of wisdom and traditional know-how of Chiapas and Oaxaca - Mexico are our priority. They are an integral part of the intangible Mexican cultural heritage, the heritage of humanity in general because they are our roots. Unfortunately, these cultures are endangered. That’s why we decided to fight for the safeguarding of indigenous communities’ culture via articles and written testimonies, documentary videos and the sale of luxury crafts in the most fair trade way.
So sorry for the late answers, we just came back to Mexico, we need to move in, our internet is very slow for the moment and we are receiveing a lot of applications. Thank you so much for your interest in our NGO, it means a lot to us !

The oportunity to help an organization and promote the talent of artisans and young indigenous artists. Know people and travel in an unique way. To have their work being promoted in France. We can also give them so tips for their trip and give them some informations about indigenous communities.
Our NGO need a videographer and a photographer to help in our new project. Making some short videos about textile and our music project.
We are french and very friendly. We will be 4 people : Two girls, one guy and a little 4 years old boy. We will be in Oaxaca and Chiapas from November to April doing two projects :
- The first one is a short documentary moovie about textile
(we are planing it with the textile museums of Oaxaca and Chiapas)
- The second one is a short documentary about our music project (I'll give you more information in private message)
Those documentaries will be projected in the indigenous communities and in some French schools, the goal is to initiate a dialogue between young people from different cultures and to show the beauty of these cultures that are slowly disappearing. So that young people in the communities can stay pride of their roots.
Coming back to France we will do an exhibition with documentary photographs, we are also trying to find some cultural cinemas that would like to project the documentaries.
It's better if you stay with us for few month to be able to contribute to the whole project.
