***BARKEEPERS JOIN US***
We are a premium boutique apartment hotel with a stylish and cozy bar. All of our apartments boast fully equipped kitchens, a living area and up to two bedrooms as well as state of the art bathrooms. Located in the middle of the alps in the wonderful and historic town Bad Gastein we are open for the summer- and winter season.
JOIN US if you already have some experience in the F&B and hospitality sector. We are looking for personalities to complete our young and international team. If your good with guests and good at making coffee or even some cocktails then look no further! Ideally you have the time time to stay for the whole season which is a minimum of 4 months.

Bad Gastein is unlike any other place in the alps. It’s a melting pot of international creative minds and travelers from all over the world. It also attracts a lot of people to work here permanently with its unique atmosphere and the sound of the waterfall rushing down the mountain. Due to its Internationality English it widely spoken and totally sufficient to communicate. Since were a small team we offer quick learning opportunities.
My name is Gregor and i am not only the manager, i am also taking care of our Workawayers and will ensure that they make the best out of their experience abroad by organizing events with all staff members as well as locals such as hiking trips and picnics. We use our pool car to do day trips to the sorrounding areas surrounding areas and cities such as Salzburg. Our team is pretty small, that’s why we are more like a nice little family of funny and sometimes crazy people. We love to cook together as a team for instance. Our guests are treated like friends instead of just guests.Host offers payment in line with the minimum wage

Help
We are looking for people who can lend us a hand to help satisfy our valued guests. Main workplace will be our bar and coffee shop. Some experience in making coffee and drinks is a big asset and were happy to help improving your barkeeping skills. The working hours are flexible depending on the course of business. We are happy to exceed the minimum wage of Austria by paying a minimum of EUR 1100 gross for 24 hours a week or EUR 2000 gross for 40 hours a week. Less hours are possible with an hourly payment.
