Description
Hello ! We are 2 companions living in an apartment in the historic center of Guadalajara, Miguel and Jorge. All in their twenties. Miguel is a mechatronic engineer and Jorge is a pianist and music teacher. We love ecotourism, going to classical music concerts, traveling, cycling, reading, we love music and board games. Jorge was a Workaway volunteer. We know about experience. We love to speak languages. Jorge speaks French. Miguel the English. So it would be a plus if you speak French;) We are both busy enough to take care of everything in the department. It's kind of crazy! Many times we don't even have time to prepare our food. From grocery shopping and grooming.
¡ Hola ! Somos 2 compañeros viviendo en un departamento en el centro histórico de Guadalajara, Miguel y Jorge. Todos de veintitantos años. Miguel es ingeniero mecatrónico y Jorge es pianista y profesor de música.
Nos encanta el ecoturismo, ir a conciertos de música clásica, viajar, salir en bicicleta, leer, adoramos la música y juegos de mesa.
Jorge fue voluntario de Workaway. Sabemos acerca de la experiencia.
Nos encanta hablar idiomas. Jorge habla el francés. Miguel el Inglés. Por lo tanto sería un plus si hablas francés ;)
Los 2 estamos lo bastantes ocupados para encargarnos de todo en el departamento. Es algo de locos !
Muchas veces ni siquiera tenemos tiempo de preparar nuestra comida. De hacer las compras de despensa y el aseo.

You will practice the Spanish language. You will live in the historic center of the second largest and most important city in Mexico, there are thousands of attractions such as forests with hot springs, museums, amusement parks, theaters, festivals, easy access to other tourist places that are not in the metropolitan area . You can be up close in the cradle of mariachi and tequila. You can be part of an authentic Mexican culture. Occasionally we could go out with you 2 to enjoy an attraction or a gallery, tourist site or town. We can do ecotourism if you wish. You can use a bicycle as many times as you want and discover the city.
Practicarás el idioma español. Vivirás en el centro histórico de la segunda ciudad más grande e importante de México, hay miles de atractivos como bosques con aguas termales, museos, parques de diversiones, teatros, festivales, fácil acceso para otros lugares turísticos que no se encuentran en la zona metropolitana. Podrás estar de cerca en la cuna del mariachi y del tequila. Podrás ser parte de una auténtica cultura mexicana. De vez en cuando podríamos salir los 2 contigo a disfrutar de algún atractivo o de alguna galería, sitio turístico o pueblo. Podremos hacer ecoturismo si así lo deseas.
Podrás usar una bicicleta las veces que quieras y descubrir la ciudad.
Help
We need help in the kitchen, in preparing food for lunch. We really like to try different dishes. So if you have good ideas about your culture, you are welcome! In Mexico we eat around 4:00 p.m. xD So it can get a little unnerving for you if you come from another continent. We need help with grooming, which is not much because the apartment is small. In the same way we need help buying groceries, which we can do together sometimes. You can also help us practice our second language which is French. We may need help with some department restorations, which is not sure yet.
Necesitamos ayuda en la cocina, en la elaboración de los alimentos para la hora de comida. Nos gusta mucho probar distintos platos de comida. Así es que si tienes buenas ideas de tu cultura, son bienvenidas !
En México comemos alrededor de las 16:00 horas. xD Así es que puede tornarse un poco desconcertante para ti si vienes de otro continente. Necesitamos ayuda con la elaboración de aseo, lo cual no es mucho porque el departamento es pequeño.
De la misma manera requerimos ayuda compras de despensa, las cuales podremos hacer juntos algunas veces.
También puedes ayudarnos a practicar nuestro segundo idioma que es el francés.
Puede que necesitemos ayuda en algunas restauraciones del departamento, lo cual no es seguro aún.

Accommodation
We have a room where you can sleep. In that room is the bathroom and a wardrobe with clothes that we currently use, so there is constant passage. It's not a big deal but it's comforting where and you will have privacy, most of the time. There will be lunch and dinner
Tenemos una habitación donde podrás dormir. En esa habitación se encuentra la sala de baño y un armario con ropa que usamos actualmente, por lo que hay paso constante. No es la gran cosa pero es reconfortante donde y tendrás privacidad, la mayor parte del tiempo.
