Description
Our hostel has the uniqueness of being friendly to the environment, since the furniture and decoration are exclusively designed with reused and recycled materials. We want to promote an ecological and artistic culture within the community.
We ask the volunteers to help us with work in the reception, maintenance and general cleaning, which includes bathrooms, kitchen and common areas, in exchange we offer accommodation, breakfast and a good atmosphere, in addition to free passes to bowling alleys, free tours and the freedom to participate in our activities. Because we are an ecological hostel, we also separate recyclables and use solar energy, in addition to activities that include sharing with guests so that good vibes are always present.
Volunteers work a system 25 hours a week with three days off and take care of all these tasks during each shift.

PS: It is important that the volunteer is able to speak Spanish fluently and English is a plus.

Nuestro hostal tiene la singularidad de ser amigable con el medio ambiente, ya que el mobiliario y la decoración son de diseño exclusivo con materiales reutilizados y reciclados. Queremos promover una cultura ecológica y artística dentro de la comunidad.
Pedimos a los voluntarios que nos ayuden con trabajo en la recepción, mantenimiento y aseo en general, lo que incluye baños, cocina y areas comunes, a cambio ofrecemos hospedaje, desayuno y un ambiente buena onda, ademas de pase libre a boliches, tours gratuitos y la libertad de participar de nuestras actividades. Por sermos un hostal ecologico, tambien hacemos separacion de reciclables y utilizamos energia solar, ademas de actividades que incluyen compartir con los huespedes para que la buena onda siempre este presente.
Los voluntarios trabajan por un sistema 25 horas a la semana con tres dias libres y se ocupan de todas estas tareas durante cada turno.

Pd: es importante que el voluntario sea capaz de hablar español fluidamente y ingles es un plus.

Many activities are also organized in the hostel because we like to share and have a good time.
Among those who live in the house we make a family dinner every Monday, to share and for the pleasure of getting together and eating. In the miercòles we collect food at the Valparaiso fair and we make a Community Pot on Thursdays with the recovered food, where we open the doors for anyone who wants to share with us. In addition, every Friday we organize a concert with artists from the community, where we share with guests and with our friends and neighbors.
También se organizan muchas actividades en el hostal porque nos gusta compartir y pasarlo bien.
Entre los que vivimos en la casa hacemos una cena familiar todos los lunes, para compartir y por el gusto de juntarse y comer. En los miercòles recolectamos alimentos en la feria de Valparaiso y hacemos una Olla Comunitaria en los jueves con los alimentos recuperados, donde abrimos las puertas para quien quiera compartir con nosotros. Además, todos los viernes organizamos, un concierto con artistas de la comunidad, donde compartimos con los huéspedes y con nuestros amigos y vecinos.

You will be staying in a shared room, the sheets will be provided. You can use the kitchen, bathrooms and all the common areas.
Our hostel is located in the heart of the Cerro Alegre, in the Unesco Heritage Site of Valparaiso, not far from the main points of interest: viewpoint, museums, restaurants, bars, clubs, minimarket, supermarket, market, liquor store, etc.
Se les entregara una habitación compartida, con sabanas y ropas de cama.
La casa está ubicada en el corazón del Cerro Alegre, en la zona patrimonial de Valparaíso, a escasos metros de los principales puntos de interés: mirador, museos, restaurantes, bares, discotecas, minimarket, supermercado, mercado, botillería, etc.
