Description
I live in a small hamlet near the Loire. 15 years ago, we bought a part of the hamlet that had been almost abandoned for about twenty years (everyone is autonomous in its space). Since then, the ruins have changed a lot and we are refining our houses and exteriors.
Following the aspirations of each other, a brewery has been created, an equine space, a shared garden, a festive space...
In my large garden (3000m2), there is maintenance to do and spaces to imagine, to create. I try to prioritize as little maintenance as possible in a place that is in line with biodiversity. There are still some works inside. In fact, everything depends on affinities and desires...
The space has volume because we are in a troglodyte region.
The Loire is 6 kms away and in the corner there is a super dynamic and a very good alternative and artistic network!
We can lend bikes and there is a train station 8 kms away to go to Angers and Saumur for example.

Je vis dans un petit hameau à proximité de la Loire. Il y a 15 ans , nous avons acheté à plusieurs une partie du hameau quasi abandonnée depuis une vingtaine d'année (chacun-e étant autonome dans son espace). Depuis les presques ruines ont bien changé et nous peaufinons nos maisons et les extérieurs.
Suivant les aspirations des uns et des autres une brasserie s'est créée, un espace équin, un jardin partagé, un espace festif...
Dans mon grand jardin (3000m2), il y a de l'entretien à faire et des espaces à imaginer, à créer. J'essaie de privilégier le moins d'entretien possible dans un lieu en accord avec la biodiversité. Il reste un peu de travaux à l'intérieur. En fait, tout dépend des affinités et des envies...
L'espace a du volume car nous sommes dans une région troglodytique.
La loire est à 6 kms et dans le coin il y a une super dynamique et un très bon réseau alternatif et artistique !

We have a good network and the moments of parties and exchanges are often there. Sometimes in my village or around.
The Loire is a good place to meet people and share time, go hiking on foot or by bike.

I am a sophrologist, and I like to discuss everything that is wellness.

Nous avons un bon réseau et les moments de fêtes et d'échanges sont souvent là. Parfois dans mon village ou aux alentours.
La loire est bon vecteur pour les rencontres et partager du temps, faire de la rando à pied ou à vélo.
Le vendredi est un bon moment de rencontre à la brasserie.
Depuis plusieurs années, j'améliore tranquillement mon anglais et je serais heureuse de recevoir des anglophones...

- if skills at the tree level, there are trees to manage above the troglodytes
- creation of a dry hedge
- recreate a small vegetable garden...
In the house, there is a bit of lime painting to do and depending on the dates, finish closing two spaces dedicated to receiving dry toilets.
In general, I like that we do it together... It’s more agreeable

- désherbage, tonte d'allées entre les arbres
- si compétences au niveau des arbres, il y a de arbres à gérer au dessus des troglos
- création d'une haie sèche
- recréer un petit potager
Dans la maison, il y a un peu de peinture sur chaux à faire et selon les dates, finir de fermer deux espaces dédiés à recevoir les toilettes sèches.
En général, j'aime que l'on fasse ensemble... C'est plus agréable...

Accommodation
The house is located in a hamlet 6 kms from the Loire, restored in an ecological spirit. There are two rooms available for visitors with bathroom.
The dry toilets are outside until June (work in progress, being manufactured...)
There is no possibility of smoking inside the house.
Phyto individual purification (chemicals excluded), necessary cleaning products provided

It’s a new experience for me, I imagine well that we can participate in the kitchen together or according to our desires. In any case, there should be a sharing of daily activities. If people are vegetarians, it’s okay for me/otherwise, sometimes there can be meat or fish.
For the meals provided, I offer organic and local products, as well as garden produce whenever possible. For breakfast, possibility of cereals and vegetable milk or bread, coffee tea.
I like to do simple cooking with privileged vegetables and cereals. I love exchanging culinary experiences!

La maison se situe dans un hameau à 6 kms de la Loire, restaurée dans un esprit écologique. Il y a deux pièces disponibles pour les visiteurs avec salle de bain.
Les toilettes sèches sont à l'extérieur jusqu'en juin (work in progress, en cours de fabrication...)
Il n'y a pas la possibilité de fumer à l'intérieur de la maison.
Phyto épuration individuelle (produits chimiques exclus), produits de nettoyage nécessaire fournis

C'est une nouvelle expérience pour moi, j'imagine bien que nous puissions participer à la cuisine ensemble ou selon nos envies. En tout cas qu'il y ait un partage des activités quotidiennes. Si les personnes sont végétariennes, c'est ok pour moi/sinon, parfois il peut y avoir de la viande ou poisson.
Je fais le choix d'une nourriture simple mais BIO. Pour les repas fournis, je propose du bio et du local et du jardin quand c'est possible. Pour le petit déjeuner, possibilité de céréales et lait végétal ou pain, café thé.
J'aime faire de la cuisine simple avec légumes et céréales de privilégiés. J'adore échanger les expériences culinaires !
