    Description

Hi, my name is Olivia. I am originally from Minneapolis but living in uptown Manhattan for the last 3 years. I am a full time nanny and studying project management. I am going away for a few weeks at the end of April to the middle of May and need an individual (female) or couple to take care of my guinea pigs for two hours a day in exchange for a room in my apartment, shared with my one roommate who is a student and bartender at a restaurant nearby.

Not only will you get to care for adorable piggies but you can get a free stay in Manhattan - minutes away from iconic landmarks, rich culture of harlem/uptown and the bronx, amazing and diverse restaurants, and a beautiful park along the hudson river. My apartment is conveniently located less than a 5 minute walk from 5 major subway lines that can bring you to every part of new york.

The work of watching two guinea pigs is fairly easy. It's just cleaning their cage every morning, feeding a mix of veggies twice a day, refilling hay, pellets and water, and letting them out of the cage to get exercise. I also request that you be a kind roommate and clean up after yourself/have respect for common living areas.

    What else ...

I just ask that space and property is respected, as well as being a caring person for animals. Women are strongly preferred. There is so much to do in NYC, such as times square, coney island, central park, the empire state building, dollar pizza, falafel carts, fine dining (not so budget friendly), the world trade center, LES/East Village, flea markets, food festivals, and soooo much more.
