!!!LAST MINUTE VOLUNTEERS NEED!!!
We are located in downtown Sámara at 2 minutes from the beach. Our hostel is chill and friendly.
Travelers that volunteer in our hostel will have the opportunity to meet a lot of people from around the world, plus we can recommend all the social activities and events that happen in town. Last but not least, we are located just a few steps from the beach!
Help includes housekeeping maintenance, reception or painting along with events and activities to create a fun and active vibe in the Hostel-Hotel.
We offer our volunteers free WIFI, a really comfy bed, a swimming pool, shared kitchen, delicious breakfast and a wide recreation area!

Travelers that volunteer in our hostel will have the opportunity to meet a lot of people from around the world. Our Hostel is located in downtown Sámara, just a few steps from the beach, the stores and surfing schools! We can recommend all the social activities and events that happen in town.

We are looking for people to volunteer in our Hostel located in downtown, just a few steps from the beach.
We require people that can help with general maintenance, housekeeping, taking care of the guests and it would be a plus if our volunteer has art abilities to create decorations for our hostel!
If you want to stay at least a month and you have an intermediate spanish speaking, and if you like reception work, we can offer you this opportunity.
Schedules are of 5 hours a day maximum - 5 days a week.

Accommodation
We offer our volunteers a comfy bed in a shared dorm. Our shared dorms have a maximum of 6 beds, A/C, bathroom and lockers inside. Dorms can be shared with others volunteers as well as other travelers.
We will provide a breakfast selection from our morning menu, along with coffee or juice, daily.
You can also use the pool and the community kitchen of couse!
What else ...
Near the hotel travelers can find all the necessary services, supermarkets, restaurants, banks, pharmacies, day and night bars for fun, surfing schools, shuttle services, bike and quad rentals and much more! There are several beaches around Sámara that are just a few minutes away, also beautiful waterfalls and guided tours (horseback riding - fishing tours - kayak - dolphin and whale watching etc.)

The people in the hostel welcomed us really nice, but the wall in our room was completely moldy, the bathroom was also moldy and after one day all our clothes smelled like mold. Perfect place for my first workaway experience! I spent 3 weeks doing reception work, it was pretty easy and Greg and Claudia were a massive help. We absolutely loved having Tom stay at our hostel! Not only was he widly helpful in reception but he welcomed and trained all the new volunteers who would be taking over following departure. Flor and Lucas were with us over two months. They were great with us as owners, great interacting with the guests and great partners with the other volunteers. t was especially helpful that they were able to do a variety of things well. We are always aware that the volunteers are the "face" of the hotel, and they were a perfect representation.
