My husband Chris and I (Kimberly) live in Edgewood, Washington. We are about 30 minutes from Seattle and 10 minutes from Tacoma. We have two children, a 6 year old girl, and 4 year old boy as well as a 2 year old Newfoundland dog.
My husband is first generation American, his parents were both born in Greece. Although we are familiar with the Greek culture, we're hoping you can share your culture with us and our children first hand. For us, the work away program is a chance to experience other cultures and meet people from all around the world. We are not looking for a long term arrangement and do like to host a few times a year as our schedule permits.
We enjoy weekend get aways and hope that our live in would like to experience Washington State with us.

Help in the house
Being in the Pacific Northwest and being in a port city, we have a very diverse population of different cultures from around the world here in one location.
We are asking for help with general house cleaning, laundry, home organization, and minor yard help. We have a large home on an acre of land. Our children enjoy being outside and doing crafts and it would be great if they could experience your culture by interacting with you.
You will have your own room. We have the availability for two to share a room (2 beds in one room). You must be able to prepare meals for yourself when we are not available. Food will be provided.
Washington has so much to offer. Mountains, the rain-forest, the Puget Sound, the Ocean and the busy city of Seattle. We can help with access to bus or train in the early mornings before work.
