Hello, my name is Roldan, I studied a Bachelor of Tourism Business Administration, I started this project in 2014, which was part of my thesis "DIVERSIFICATION OF THE TOURIST PRODUCT", the idea was to create new activities focused on adventure tourism in development Bahías de Huatulco, Oaxaca, Mexico, with different modalities: Mountain biking, sea kayaking, snorkeling and hiking, all with different routes, concepts and difficulty levels depending on the physical condition of the hikers, just like the project includes creating a Hostel that receives travelers from all parts of the world and from Mexico, through the App, which has been a success with the concept of "ACTIVE HOSTEL", since in the same Hostel we have all the necessary equipment to do the activities (bicycles, kayaks, snorkeling equipment, backpacks for excursions, binoculars, tents, surfboards, etc.)
I request the help of volunteers who may have skills in different areas such as:
* Intermediate Spanish
* General cleaning
* Painting and murals
* Child care
The room I offer is shared and the volunteers can sleep in bed, they can have 3 meals a day, but they have to know how to cook , I also offer them the opportunity to take them to Perform adventure activities such as Bikyng ,kayaking, snorkeling, hiking, etc., with the Hostel guess.
The Hostel is 2 levels, has 10 bedrooms, Wifi, has 2 shared bathrooms, kitchen equipped with stove, microwave, coffee maker, blender and kitchen utensils, also has refrigerator and patio with laundry area.
Hola, me llamo Roldan, estudie una Licenciatura en Administración de Empresas Turísticas, comencé este proyecto en el 2014, el cual fue parte de mi tesis "DIVERSIFICACIÓN DEL PRODUCTO TURÍSTICO", inicie con la idea de crear actividades nuevas enfocadas al turismo de aventura dentro del desarrollo turístico Bahías de Huatulco, Oaxaca, México, con diferentes modalidades: Bicicleta de montaña, kayak de mar, snorkel y senderismo, todas con distintas rutas, conceptos y niveles de dificultad dependiendo la condición física de los excursionistas, al igual el proyecto incluye crear un Hostal que reciba viajeros de todas partes del mundo y de México, el cual ha sido todo un éxito con el concepto de "HOSTAL ACTIVO", ya que en el mismo Hostal contamos con todo el equipo necesario para hacer las actividades (Bicicletas, kayaks, equipos de snorkel, mochilas para excursiones, binoculares, telescopio para observar la luna, tiendas de campaña, etc).
Solicito la ayuda de voluntarios que puedan hablar español intermedio y habilidades en las diferentes áreas como:
* LIMPIEZA GENERAL
* MANTENIMIENTO EN PINTURA Y MURALES
* NIÑERA
* CREADOR DE CONTENIDO, REDES SOCIALES Y PUBLICIDAD.
La habitación que ofrezco para los voluntarios es tipo cabaña/compartida y con camas literas individuales, pueden tener 3 comidas al día, pero cada voluntario debe cocinar y preparar sus propios alimentos. Además si tu trabajo en el voluntariado das buenos resultados y eficiencia también les ofrezco la oportunidad de llevarlos a realizar actividades de aventura como: bicicleta, kayak, snorkel, senderismo, etc, cada vez que salga de excursión, tour o paseo con los turistas.
El Hostal es pequeño, cuenta con
4 habitaciones para los huéspedes y 2 habitaciones tipo cabaña para los voluntarios y anfitriones del Hostal, Wifi, tiene 2 baños compartidos, cocina equipada, refrigerador, comedor y patio de servicio con área de lavandería.

In exchange for the efficiency and productivity that the volunteers contribute to the help of the Hostel, they may have the opportunity to accompany me to the different adventure activities and experiences that I organize for my guests, some activities such as: KAYAKING EXPERIENCES: Kayak with snorkel and swim with turtles, Kayak in Full Moon Wild Kayak Experience Huatulco Kayak Challenge. BIKE EXPERIENCES: Jungle Adventure Bike bike in full moon Bicycle "Scenarios of Huatulco". Bicycle "Tour de Bahias". Bahías de Huatulco has 9 bays and 36 beaches with calm waves and white sand, with shades of emerald green and turquoise blue in the sea, 50% of the beaches are still preserved in their natural state (there is no construction of hotels, restaurants or houses), 80% of the beaches have coral reefs, ideal for snorkeling, it has a National Park in a protected natural area, which offers us a variety of deciduous jungle vegetation, species of mammals, as well as a great variety of birds. During your volunteering you can learn about the different adventure activities that I offer, as well as the diversity of beaches that this destination offers its visitors.
A cambio de la eficiencia y productividad que los voluntarios aporten en el trabajo del Hostal, podrán tener la oportunidad de acompañarme a las diferentes actividades de aventura y experiencias que organizo para mis huéspedes, algunas actividades tales como:

* Kayak con snorkel y nado con tortugas, * * Kayak en Luna llena
* Kayak y Bioluminiscencia marina
* Experiencia Salvaje en Kayak
* Desafío Huatulco en Kayak.
EXPERIENCIAS EN BICICLETA:
* Bicicleta "Aventura en la selva"
* Bicicleta en Luna llena
* Bicicleta "Escenarios de Huatulco".
Bahías de Huatulco cuenta con 9 Bahías y 36 playas de oleaje tranquilo y arena blanca, con tonalidades en el mar en verde esmeralda y azul turquesa, el 50% de las playas aún se siguen conservando en su estado natural (no hay construcción de hoteles, restaurantes o casas), El 80% de las playas cuentan con arrecifes de coral, ideal para practicar la actividad de snorkel, cuenta con un Parque Nacional en un área natural protegida, la cual nos ofrece una variedad de vegetación de selva baja caducifolea, especies de mamíferos, así como una gran variedad de aves.
Durante tu voluntariado puedes aprender de las diferentes actividades de aventura que ofrezco, así como la diversidad de playas que este destino ofrece a sus visitantes.

The hostel is located in the most typical neighborhood of La Crucecita, in Bahías de Huatulco, ideal to get to know the Huatulqueña culture and customs. The closest beaches are 10 minutes away by public transportation and the downtown area is 5 minutes away, where you can taste typical Oaxacan cuisine: Mole, tamales, grasshoppers, chocolate, tlayudas, mezcal, coffee, bread, among many Oaxacan snacks . Bahías de Huatulco has 9 bays and 36 beaches with calm waves, crystal clear waters with shades of emerald green and turquoise blue, 80% of the beaches have coral reefs, ideal for practicing snorkeling, likewise 40% of its beaches are virgin (they are still preserved in their natural state).

Hostal se encuentra ubicada en el Barrio más típico de La Crucecita, en Bahías de Huatulco, ideal para conocer la cultura y costumbre Huatulqueña. Las playas más cercanas se encuentra a 10 minutos en transporte público y la zona centro a 5 minutos dónde podrás degustar de la gastronomía típica oaxaqueña: El mole, los tamales, chapulines, chocolate, tlayudas, mezcal, Café, pan, entre muchos antojitos oaxaqueños.
Bahías de Huatulco cuenta con 9 Bahías y 36 playas de oleaje tranquilo, aguas cristalinas con tonalidades verde esmeralda y azul turquesa, el 80% de las playas tienen arrecifes de coral, ideal para practicar la actividad de Snorkel, así mismo el 40% de sus playas son vírgenes (aún se siguen conservando en su estado natural).

Huatuclo is a chilling place, not that big, the work at Roldan place was not hard and flexible.

El hostal tiene solo 4 habitaciones, así es muy familiar.
