    Historical review:
We were a family (disengaged urban), who over 20 years ago, in the midst of an economic crisis, decided to move from the city to the countryside. From Buenos Aires, (CABA) to the beloved coastal countryside town, Punta del Indio. Escaping from the wild cement, essentially in search of peace, tranquility and nature. At that time, the central idea was to develop an own and family tourism project, at an artisanal scale, that offers tourist services of accommodation in Cabins and Rooms, gastronomy and in the near future to build a small Spa to complete the offer. Today our tourist complex is a reality and wants to continue growing and developing but this time with a permacultural, eco-tourist, healthy and sustainable look. Our new project is to start building and refunctionalize the restaurant with the incorporation of new gastronomic cultures and an eco-warehouse with its own agro-ecological farm and orchard with productive self-reliance rooted in the proximity economy through orchard networks and local farms (healthy eating, food sovereignty), and also building alternative adobe, ecolodge and community hostel accommodation with sustainable energy (Bioconstruction) and an eco-camping with dry baths, ecological showers and bio-swimming pools. Currently, an employee named Ángel (58), my son Alejandro (22) and I, Ezequiel (42), work with us.

    Cultural exchange and learning opportunities

The exchange of local knowledge and knowledge of our natural culture about our World Biosphere Reserve declared by UNESCO, "South Coastal Park" is the main cultural exchange. Another way of thinking, living, producing and consuming is proposed. Learn constructive techniques with raw or adobe earth (quincha style) and others made with elements of our natural environment, cook typical foods of our region with the fruits of our local gardens and our river of silver, receive the peace and tranquility of majesty energy of the sun when meditating next to the sounds of nature in our own park or on the river coast. Practice Spanish, zapadas with musical instruments, and recreational boxing training routines.

Ezequiel (42). I am a tourist, communicational, political and environmental reference at local and regional level. I do a weekly radio program, thinking of Community on our FM Community Radio Punta del Indio 100.3. I live with my son (22) and my father (71). In Punta del Indio you can visit beaches with pristine river landscapes, the monument to the Querandí Indian, the lighthouse Indian monument “The guardian of the southern cross”, the monument to the Argentine Flag Butterfly, the grandfather crown, the villoldo stream trail, the historic Estancia Santa Rita, the nature reserve and Estancia Shaw de Pearson and the city of Magdalena and Atalaya, the Verónica museum and its city among other things and also the tourist town of Pipinas. Transport; We can go find them in Buenos Aires or Ezeiza airport in our own vehicles. The service has the costs of fuel and tolls or they can come on public transport that leaves from the city of La Plata to Verónica, the main city of the District of Punta Indio, and then travel by a local bus to the town of Punta del Indio, where we are located.
